LOL Umm He knew that the cops were watching him because he was told...I'm not a druggie btw, but I will say that some "druggies" are better people than some of those who aren't.

There's a very fine line between law breakers and law abiders. It's illegal to do a lot of things but people do it all the time.
Something as simple as not wearing a seat belt. The law is the law.

OK so he knew, still makes him dumb as a box of rocks. Some druggies may be nice people to a point. But how are they when desperate?

That,s just freaking ridiculous! How many of these desperate seat belt law breakers have broken into their neighbor's home and stole stuff just to support their habit of not wearing seat belts? How many of them have burned down property making a seat belt to not wear?

No I'm simply saying that to lump all law breakers together is just out right ridiculous.
If someone says the law is law ...it's just hilarious to say so.
I agree..there is a degree of which people break the law and most people break a law on a daily basis.

What about unjust laws? If the government declared all firearms and ammunition illegal would you be a piece of shit scumbag criminal for not obeying? I am an adult, I don't like to be told what to do, and I don't like obeying petty control freak unjust laws either. When Hitler ordered all Jews into camps were they scumbag criminals for hiding instead? After all, they were breaking the law.

Drug abuse is not protected by the constitution. Your argument is invalid.

Wonder who told him he was being watched. Was it the Montgomery Police Dept since they were not in on the bust? I heard that John Kauff was the one protecting all the druggies in Montgomery.

My argument is against unjust laws, and the idea that not following them makes you a scumbag. The constitution has nothing to do with it.

Thank you "Miss Information". If you're the same Really that has admitted to being a pill head in past posts then why should we trust your name dropping? How do we know you're not protecting your own by giving names that lead nowhere?

Ladies & Gentlemen I give you the logic of a damaged mind!(insert fanfare here)

So "The constitution has nothing to do with it." Why should the supreme law of the land have nothing to do with determining if a law is just or not?

How is using or selling drugs even illegal. Our government has been selling drugs for at least the last 40 years. Our government has shipped guns, money and drugs for the biggest cartels in the world. Even helped to laundry the money for them. Then they use the profit they make to fund illegal wars using illegal money from the sale of guns and drugs. Then our government puts over a million American citizens in prison for doing the same thing it has been doing the whole time. Buying and selling drugs.

So much for that brilliant work called the Constitution. It really does not mean as much when the government it is supposed to control ignores it everyday. To them it is just a piece of paper. Of course they will tell you they care about it and will uphold it.

You're not nearly as bright or witty as you think you are. You arguments are weak at best, and your logic isn't sound. Tell you mindless opinions to people who care.

I'm not happy when the government breaks its own laws either. But two wrongs don't make a right. I am person that believes the more local the law the more authority it has. BTW...here is how it is illegal. http://www.legis.state.wv.us/wvcode/code.cfm...
