Thinks they are stopping the drugs proliferation. Legalize all non-prescription drugs and stop the black market. The current state of drugs being sold by the so-called low-lifes of society creates pricing that makes it quite lucrative for those doing. Make it easier to sell, restrict certain criminals from doing, and market demand being more free, will bring price down.
There won't be such stealth smuggling going on to have police try to catch the would be perpetrators.
Obviously we still have to enforce where those that choose to drive under the influence can be harshly punished. Freedom to do what you want in that way always has to be restricted since it affects others rights of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. hat can hurt ourselves should not be such a concern.
Just need to stop pretending that what is done now is the best way to slow or prevent drug usage in America.

Every American is on one drug or another.
- Alcohol
- coffee
- cigarettes
- prescriptions
- pot
- coke
- heroine
Some are legal and some are not.
But don't say your not an addict just because your drug of choice is legal.
Now mind you some of the drugs I listed can and will destroy a life. But we are a drug taking nation!
