What a load of crap, sounds like a cheap shot at bike riders.
How many percent of other road users killed had traffic records for speeding or other offences?

I don't mind motorcycle riders, because they overtake me in my car, then speed off into the distance, and that's that. No problems with those encounters. The other possible scenario is that my car will hit a motorcyclist. Whether it's me or the motorcyclist or even some other party who was at fault, it's still most likely to be the motorcyclist who will end up as raw meat, so I don't take issue with that, either.

Bicyclists are another story. Bicyclists hold up multiple lanes of traffic, causing stress for car drivers. Sometimes, it takes quite a bit of time, effort and manoeuvering before I can overtake them, and then, while the traffic next comes to a stop, the bicyclists will slip through in between the cars behind me or go onto the pavement and then through the red lights using the pedestrian crossing, overtake me and then hold up multiple lanes of traffic again.

Bicycles need to be registered and show registration plates. Bicyclists slipping through two cars in adjacent lanes should be caught and fined. Bicyclists going onto the pavement and going through red lights by using the pedestrian crossing should be caught and fined.

Bicyclists try to suck up to governments wanting an "environmentally-friendly " facade, by emphasizing their low carbon footprint. However, no one has factored in all the stop-go-stop effect that they create for the car-flow around them. When the stop-go-stop effect of the hundreds of cars that are affected by each bicyclist are taken into account, I'd venture to say that a single bicycle rider actually causes much more carbon pollution than we currently think.
