I think if you are sure of what is going on in the cake plant or any other plant you should contact the right people instead of blowing hot air! Do something right if you believe it!

If it's at the cake plant - it is in city limits, call the Chief of Police, not the Sheriff. Sheriff takes care of county, Chief takes care of city. You need to have the right resources.

I have been employed at Gilster for 8 years now and I am drug free. Many people I know there are drug free. If you want to work on a problem that Gilster brings to our community. The illegal immigrants in this town is the problem. They bring in crime and Drugs. They destroy the houses and trailers they rent. When they do rent they move 10 - 15 people per house. They have no respect or fear of our laws. They won't even learn our language. Whats out Government do? They tell us, the employees at Gilster that we have to learn Spanish. I know that this nation was formed by immigrants, but somewhere someone needs to draw the line on illegal immigrants. I have no problem with Hispanic men and women coming to America. DO IT THE LEGAL WAY!!!!!!

I work in a pharmacy and you would be surprised at the people that come in hurt that work at gilster's and don't have a social security card to turn the claim in properly. This is rediculouse we pay for them to have their kids here and for them to get medical attention illegaly.

I am sure drinking beer is against policy and very unsafe to do before work, but drinking beer is not against the law. just because someone drinks beer does not make them a drug addict. you are barking up the wrong tree if you are saying that in this town.
it is unlawful

drinking beer is not against the law, and we all love our beer, BUT, if you drink beer all evening while playing ball, then go to work on 3rd shift, that is unlawful and UNSAFE.

I don't know why everybody bashes Gilster. Yes , there are people therewho use drugs. But, the majority do not. Drugs are in the workplace everywhere. I know of several people at T g who use drugs. If peopleare so concerned about this problem maybe they should be talking to upper management to see what can be done. Maybe mandatory drug tests....then Gilster would probably lose half their operators, leadpeople and some FOREMAN!!!

I find it rather amuseing how you come to America and have the nerve to call me white trash. lmao

I can understand why you would need to do drugs before going into work at Gilster Mary Lee's...I would assume the entire plant is on cloud nine....anyone in their right mind would not be able to tolerate the management, and supervisors (oh thats right they get stoned too) more a few minutes.

You laugh because you agree or you think Rugbyman is joking? Believe me, he is not. There is one particular Foreman of on of the shifts at the cereal plant that is one of the biggest dope dealers at Gilster.

I was laughing because I know whats going on there. I know of a supervisor doing some blow with one of the leadmen. Gilster's is the drug capital of Perryville Missouri.

Sounds like you need therapy. Way too much energy bitching about Gilster. You should focus more on finding a job and stay off the internet.
