I cant believe they have put drs under the scope like they have. Unless you are gonna die next month, you will not get pain meds. The days of ppl getting 150 or 180 pills a month are over. Forget heroin go and get yourself some of that suboxone. Ive heard ppl say theyd rather have that anyway because it supposedly lasts you dont have to keep doing it all day. The drs are the ones to suffer the addicts will find a fix eventually. There are lots of them too.

Wow this is a sad story. If you watch the video and see how young this boy really is. To hear 20 yr old is one thing, but to actually see a 20 yr old is another. Still a child by far. The law may say 18 is legal adult but in reality it is far from it.

I am not from this area and have lived in communities infested with it, where highschool kids were dropping like flies. Heroin comes to destroy all in its path. Alot of people smoke weed and wont go to the clinic for suboxone and methadone. But I have heard about it saving junkies lives. Dont they eventually taper everybody off there, or is it a long term ordeal?

My understanding is that it is the persons choice. I think legally they are suppose to wean you down after so long, but I have a friend that has went to the methadone clinic for a good 10 yrs now. He has no plans of ever stopping that I know of. He told me once "why would I even think about going back to that lifestyle?" I agree with him because outside of the fact technically he is still using, hes not involved with that lifestyle anymore. Hes gained all his weight back and even has a job now. You must have came from a big city? I have lived here my whole life. I never saw heroin but now I have saw LOTS of pain pills...,

Glad to hear your friend is doing so good.I have lived all over.. Big citys and small towns dont matter once its there it spreads like wildfire. Glad to see the police are trying to keep it out, and I hope they win. But dont think they will.

Sieze it. Lace it with poison. Put it back on the street. Problem solved

yea that sounds like a brilliant idea, just cross your fingers that no one you love decides to try any of it. smdh
