Patrick Boggs is one hell of a cop,he should be commended for turning this over to the state police. As you can see from the forforture video proceedings,the judge,Stockton Wood surprised me,because a blind man can see that the low life fegan is a lying Mother F*****,,,,and wood did nothing......perjury,rights violated,thief,I hope the the FEDs smoke his a**,,,,,If this is how wood runs his courtroom ,,he should be dis-barred

Why does any of this come as a surprise??? The only difference between most cops and common criminals is that the former have badges and are authorized to steal (in the public interest, of course!).

I am not a mathematician, but it does not require a slide rule to figure out that there is no profit in arresting people that are indigent.

This whole incident with Joey Osborne and his truck strikes me more of an incident at the sandbox than a legitimate police action.

" I want that truck!"

After watching more than five hours of Osborne's trial I felt sorry for everyone involved. Especially the prosecution, they had a junk case and did their best but the investigation was too flawed. Then at the hearing about the disposition of the truck,$432 and a damn cell phone, the Commonwealth Attorney seemed to forget he did not prevail and still wanted the truck, the money and that ultra valuable Samsung cell phone.

The trial had some humorous spots though. Deputy Hull was ordered to stop Osborne's truck. When asked why he stopped them it was because Osborne was going 58 in the 55 zone. I wish he could have told the truth, and just said he stopped the truck because he was told to.

I was left with the feeling that nearly every witness was lying through his or her teeth. It is my considered opinion Stockton Woods isn't qualified to judge a pie eating contest lest alone a jury trial.

The line between who is the good guys and who are the bad guys is grayer than ever. Especially when you have the top cop admitting he "continually" let some people go to pursue others.

Thank you everyone for your support, this has been the hardest thing i have ever had to go thru short of my grandmothers death which happend during this case. Judge Woods is as guilty as Tim Fagan, he tried at every corner to shut my lawyer down on everything she tried to do and he wanted to just give the truck to them and put me in prison for 16 years i don't know if its on the videos or not but when the jury went out to decide my fate they asked for 16 years flat. But i held my ground, thanks to my mother and didn't take there offer of it going away if i just gave them my truck, finally justice will be done and the KY court of appeals will decide if i get my truck back this month from FEB 1 to the 28th, plz pray for me and again thanks for your support and stand up againist the corruption and ask for judge woods to step down cause he is involved as well......

The mileage is in question and had been since the beginning. Fegan did not do an impound/inventory sheet when the truck was taken and several people seen him driving it in Lewis county but were too afraid to testify to it in court.

Fegan testified he had never drove it.

It's been sitting so long it's more than likely worth little more than scrap value at this point.

Well of course he did because if he said he was driving it he would have got in trouble then because they are not aloud to touch the cars intil the whole process is over idiot, and its true that he was driving it cause i have ppl that saw him driving it...
