What if they called this guy and set up a date with a party girl? what if he refused to participate in the drug transaction and was arrested AFTER refusing the salesman role offered to him by someone close to him who wanted retribution for a soured truck sales. What if there were 12 unsuccessful searches of him and his family. Completely humiliating him for the past year, causing the family to disintegrate over the stesses of a police force who knows no bounds?

What if the guy's 4th amendment rights against unreasonable search and seizure have been extinguished? a

what has he done to deserve to go to prison? Possess a few baggies of coke and meth and prescription pills ? In many countries that's not illegal. We should try decriminalizing drugs but that wouldn't be good for prison industies because we would have virtually no crime. Increase drug use? No. I have tried every drug. I simply don't like the feeling of coke, heroine, oxycontin, pot , etc. I wouldn't do any if it's free or expensive or even if if I'm paid to do it. I like sex. The real criminals are those who bully and intimidate citizens and take taxpayers dollars away from education and medical care. The abuse of power is a far greater evil then a family man w an eighteen year old girl friend that likes to party.
