Here's a thought. Why don't all of you stop being judgmental jerks. You don't know everyone on this list, or there stories in life. They could very well be good people that made bad mistakes. We have all made bad choices in our lives. Just because ours weren't drugs doesn't make you any better than them. Why don't you come down off your high horse and help those that need it instead of lumping them all into a group of worthless dead beats that derserve to be locked up for the rest if there lives. I'm sure some of them do need to go to prison, but some of them could probably turn there lives around and become great people if people like you would stop wanting to crucify them and start helping them. Get the people that want help the help they need and give them the second chance they need just like I'm sure someone has done for all of you at some point in your life too. We all mess up and we all deserve a second chance.

There are some on that list that have had second, third, and even fourth chances. It's time to lock those away for a lenghty stay in prison.

Like I said, I'm sure some of them do need to go to prison. My point was that everyone should stop putting everyone in one group, judging them as one, and help the ones that want help. Though I have to say that just because they have messed up over and over again doesn't mean that they don't want help now. If they truly want help and to turn there lives around we should help them. If everyone would stop turning there backs on people when they mess up, and give them a chance to make it right ( when they truly want to and are doing everything they can to make there wrongs right again ) then the world would be a much better place.

Agreed... Many of these people have had many many chances to change! Many of them have chosen drugs repeatedly no matter how many times they have had chances they throw it all away.. What about the lives they have destroyed along the way? What about personal accountability ?
Yes .. Some have problems but we all do.. But don't say they don't deserve to be lumped Into this category.. They do. They all did the same thing..
Yes everyone makes mistakes.. But everyone pays for mistakes no matter what they are!

Oh sure-I think rehab should be the first option instead on incarceration. Some would benefit from the help of others. Others, as we both know, are beyond help and those need to be put away.

Just wanted to let everyone know some of these charges are bullshit, mine is a conspiracy charge which means they have no proof of me being a dopehead or delivering dope cause i dont do or mess with dope. The stupid fucks who wrote them warrants are just wanting money. Until your drug out of your house in front of your family for something you didnt do then youll know the feeling.

Get a hair sample drug test. They go back 6 months and if you're not using, it'll help your case out I would think.

My point is that unless you know everyone in this list personally you have no right to say that they all deserve to go to prison for the rest of there life. I have had my life ruined because of this horrible drug to. I have had my family and my marriage torn apart by it just like you. I have had to hold my crying children and tell them that there daddy isn't coming home so please don't assume that I don't know what it does to people and there family's. My issue is with people pass judgment on others without know the entire story.

If you're stupid enough to get involved in meth/pills after seeing the destruction they've caused in the last 20 years then I just can't bring myself to feel sorry for you. It's Darwinism plain and simple. Set a better example for the younger generation, take the hard road and work hard and sacrifice to get ahead. I won't speak to all these folks but, foshee and pruitt are better off in jail.

If you have a drug problem then go seek help, there are all sorts of programs, agencies, churches, family members and friends willing to help you if your truly helping yourself. I wish nothing but hopes for recovery for anyone suffering with an addiction of any sort. I agree that addicts deserve a 2nd, in reality even 3rd,4th.... Chances as addiction is a lifelong struggle. BUT , where I draw the line is when addiction is used as an excuse for breaking the law! Not all addicts have become career criminals, who continue to break laws and cost myself and other taxpayers money for all their "chances". Break the law, pay the price. It really should be as simple as that!
Being addicted is one thing. Being a dealer is another. 2 on that list have served time for dealing before. I guess they didn't learn their lesson.

Addiction is used for an excuse because if you want to quit you will! That's all there is to it! These people made these choices and deserve the consequences of their choice! That's all there Is to it! Believing their lies and sob stories is just enabling them...

Yes, meth is a beast but a bigger beast is OPIATES! Grandparents, aunts, uncles, giving them to the younger generation to sell. Pitiful. What is this world coming to? Opiates have ruined my son's life and almost killed him! The battle is still ongoing. So very, very sad. Anyone with a script needs to take them as directed or flush them! Shame on you, docs, for writing scripts when they aren't needed.
