Fugitive wanted in drug investigation surrenders

He wasnt a resident of red jacket.He didnt eluded the law enforcementfor two months.They could of just knocked on his door.Beside they didnt commit murder they didnt sell herion,crack or ect it was marijuana in which more then half the population smokes.
