Jaime did not have a gun nor did he go after him in anyway. No one truly knows what happened but he was shot in the head and then while down shot two more times.. Completely ruthless. He didnt deserve to die. I think it is a waste of both their lives esp over drugs. And now due to some kid and his poor choices in life. My niece is now fatherless. I feel so bad for her she is only 9. Nothing can give back what was taken from her.

This scenario would not make a believable B movie. A 15 year old gang member, drug dealer carrying a gun kills another gang member who is out of jail on bail for car theft. His lame excuse, "kill or be killed"! Families of both disrupting the court by yelling obscenities at each other until the judge throws them all out of the courtroom. UNBELIEVABLE uncivilized, bad conduct!

Try him as an adult. Give him a fair trail and then send him away for the rest of his stinking life.

Like I had posted before on another site. Regardless of the choices he has made he was a good person. He did not deserve to die the way he did. And that 15 yr old kid had no right to take my niece's dad away. My niece will never get her her dad back. And as far as the court room, the boys mom had no right to start attacking my sister and making accusations about her, or to go after her like she did. My sister was there to be sure that justice gets served for the sake of my 9 yr old niece. So NO he didnt not get what was coming to him nor did he deserve to be shot like that. He is a human being and just because he has made poor life choices he was still a friend, brother, son and most of all a DAD.

Maybe the best thing to come from this is that the "good person" can no longer contribute to the gene pool.

He was a good person. He was there for my neice when she was a baby. Given that he got back in to making bad choices. And wasnt perfect but still didnt deserve to die. Drugs are for sure Evil. I am not saying he was perfect or innocent. And yes the boy that did it is a baby. And that again shows you the evil or drugs. The whole situation is very sad. And one would hope that things like this would open others eyes to the evil of drugs and gangs.

no one can say he did this and he did that and he didnt do this blah blah blah, we do not know the truth and the issues that happened between them. you can may someone all thier lives but that does not mean that they tell all. the only ones that know are them, one thing lead to an other and it just got out of control. I am sorry for the other family that little girl deserves to have her father, but we also lost one too.

oh my gawd..........we have finally fallen off the end of the earth. This is a-typical of huge masses of our civilization(I use the term loosely).Trying to rationalize or normalize this life style is mind boggling.Thse people were drug dealing........drug minded.....users......pervayor s....etc.etc.It is always sad when someone dies in one way or another.People cry.People lose fathers mothers etc. etc.But the drug dealing gun toting bunch are lost in a haze of wounded egos and skewed takes on the world and what it has to offer. It's a cage they can't escape from. It passes down to every member of a family as this story proves.I am worried about the loss of our youth .Have you noticed how they are turning on the adults and killing us?? nO GOOD NEWS HERE.ABCDEFG..........

So two more lives are ruined, one forever. Plus, the collateral damage done to family members. I wish there was not a market for drugs, they are the scourge of this world.

I had a car stolen a few years ago by one of these so called "good people". It was recovered stripped. My house was broken into 3 times by "good people" AKA gang bangers. For some reason I just can't seem to muster any sympathy for Arroyo, a gang member, who was bonded out of jail for car theft, nor for the gun toting idiot who killed him. For people to look for sympathy outside of their circle of gang members is ludicrous. To many of us have been a victim of these low lives. As far as the conduct of both families at the hearing>>>reflective of low class, disgusting behavior!

Just to claify. My sister met him when they were like 16, When he was with her he was away from all the drugs and gangs. My sister and my niece where the best thing that ever happened to him. Its very sad that the drugs took over him the way they did. And I am sure if him and my sister could have worked things out she could have helped him over come his addictions. So my family is not involved with drugs nor gangs.
