I guess the city council needs to cut a check. They lost the case and as adults they know , you got to pay your bills.

Can you imagine being under oath with at least two lawyers in the courtroom plus the judge and him saying he prayed over it? I bet they could hardly keep from laughing out loud. That had to send a red flag immediately!

Mike Davis how does it feel to be a joke. You will go down in history as the worst mayor Steele ever had. And all those city council members that served under him, arnt any better.

As I recall the choice for mayor last time was between Mike Davis and Keith Samford. The people chose The druggie to keep from having MD as mayor again. That ought to tell you something. It should especially tell MD something.

the first time Keith was mayor he was for the people, he was a good mayor. This time he sucks, it seems like he lost his backbone. Hes still better than Davis but it might be time.for Keith to move on.

Yeah I think its time for Keith to move along. He hasn't done anything for years. When is his time up? Seems like he has been in forever.

I hope so. He should be made to be responsible for his actions while mayor. After all, he did testify that he was the city's Chief Law Enforcement Officer while he was mayor.

truthfully....she did win the suit....but then its just a judgement against the city,,,,she will be lucky to see maybe half the money she won....its a matter of how the city wants to pay her off...could take there time and pay as little as needed to satisfy the judgement ....just saying

Nope they cant, the insurance is responsible for a big chunk, she gets that all at once. And i surance will most likely pay attorney fees. Judge will order to city to pay in set amount. 6 momths she will have it all.

No an appeal would be about a year and cost a lot more in attorney's fees
