As a former employee of Dr. Cable it all makes sense. He terrorized employees, especially ones that were too smart. It was common knowledge everywhere about his erratic behavior. He was mean spirited and lost his operating privileges in both of the hospitals he worked at and had to return to Ukiah. His prescription pads never added up, they should look back at his former employment, they will find further discrepancies. Glad it finally caught up with him, he is not a nice man.
