For the boe to hire an aide that has a record of mental instability and violence it disturbing. She used a weapon on a person out of anger and who's to say she wouldn't bring one to school. From her actions alone proves she does not need to be near children. Who's to say she wouldn't get mad at a fellow teacher or student and want to hurt them?

The teachers are protected by the teachers union from having to take drug tests. Its sad too because our children are the ones who pay the price. I am sure that the majority of our teachers here in the county are excellent and do the best job they can in providing a good education to every child and would have no problem taking and passing any random drug test!!! However there is a small percentage who fly under the radar with no concern of loosing there job because they know they wont be tested and our youth pays the price for it

Why take her children away and give custody to her husband who has also had two DUIs and is required to use a breathalyzer in his car. How does he drive cars for Stephen's Auto???

I know the ex husband in this case and he is a good man who had two duis several years ago and has paid the price for them. He has never as she did put his kids in harms way and in fact is a fantastic dad. The kids in my mind as well as anyone else who knows this situation, are in their righful place. Not to mention the company she keeps nightly is a danger to herself as well as them should they still be with her. Thank God the justice system worked in this case.

You have got to be kidding me...he is an ASS! He says he wants his kids but the grandmother keeps them most of the time. Two duis several years ago...I don't think so he still isn't suppose to drive without his tester. Everybody says he is a nark so watch out.

Equality you seem to know alot about his case so maybe you are not who you say you are and are trying to bring others to your level of misery. Mr. Miller is far from and Ass as you say and the grandmother only kept them while he worked , maybe you dont know the meaning of that word work. Maybe its you that has been suspended from school on several occassions, caught driving kids while 3 x the legal limit and maybe its you that chose trash over family. Just saying. Good luck in your upcoming court battle and enjoy your alcohol bracelet.

Im just tired of a good man being bashed by trash. He didnt cheat in his marriage, he didnt leave his kids night after night, he didnt choose pharmaceuticals over marriage and he definitely didnt decide that someone was more important than his own flesh and blood. She will get what she deserves in the end and the kids will stay with him Im sure of it.

That is really funny. Have you looked around the classrooms lately? The good, the bad and the ugly....they are everywhere. And morality has taken a back seat to political correctness, for all of us.

Could any of you (or I for that matter) afford to be judged by our peers?

Well MFNSOB you got half of it right, one of them definitely is. He may be cocky and arrogant as you say but maybe that is just his style that so many of us find irresistible. I know personally he is far from a druggie.

She went after him with the knife because he was physically abusing her. That was just one of many occasions. He lost pretty much every job he's had and gambled away everything he has ever made. Anyone who finds him irrestible should live with him for a few months and then report back. She was a good friend at one time. No I am not a drunk or a druggie and she hasn't always been one. I am saddened that she has gotten to this point and I pray she will get the help she needs.

What a joke that he was abusing her. I have heard so many stories of broken picture frames, glasses, plates and even skillets bashed over his head. But the truth of the matter is they are only stories such as the one-sided ones you have heard from her. Why not leave these people alone and not report hearsay as truth. You couldnt know the truth about jobs or gambling unless you were there. As far as I know he has the kids and that is all that really matters is that they are out of the environment she created. She does need help but admission of such is the first step and unless she is forced to do so, like she is now, she will never change. She has been at the lying, using, cheating and blaming game too long just ask any older man in this area that has access to stuff. She KNOWS them all.
