Woman Struck By Alameda County Deputy Arrested on Drug Charge
By Bay City News Service - A woman who was one of two pedestrians who were struck by an Alameda County sheriff's deputy driving in unincorporated Hayward early Friday morning has been arrested for possession of narcotics, a California Highway Patrol lieutenant said.

WHAT!!! I saw the news, the Sheriff's car was damaged. Isn't that called Vehicular manslaughter! Where is the justice?
