It's a scam. You can't help people that don't want help, and I don't care how much they claim to want it, because they lie. Most are forced in by courts, cps, families, and employers. Once they are done with the program, they revert to their old ways, or switch to something more easily hidden or legal, such as alcohol.
People need a real fix, like jobs that produce something, not just band-aids for the masses.
