It's a OK job, there is so much out there It's funny how people make a big deal out of a little bust. VPSO could do this every week and not put a dent in it. Get back out there and get you some more.

Everyone needs to be praised every now and then. At least they did do their job. Again, with all the bad publicity and name calling the police departments have had, it is refreshing to see something positive written about them and I am sure they appreciate it. People usually only talk about the bad. Maybe this will make them want to do more.....

I agree...they could do much better than they do. They'd do much better if they could just follow the rules of the law themselves and prosecute what they have to the fullest and stop letting them go with a slap on the wrist, serving probation in another state with no time served for offenses in their parish....Hell who cares...they sure as hell dont. Thats why the drug heads have no worries.

25 lbs. of cocaine or methamphetamine would have been something worth mentioning.

I have been in lawenforcement for 20 years, this is not a big deal. Something positive is appreciated, however over the past 20 years I have seen a lot of positive actions completed by Law Enforcement in this area. How is it that you haven't?

I have seen it..All I was trying to say is that we need to praise law enforcement more than we do. I do believe there has been a lot of positive..

I'm pretty sure if they found 25 lbs of meth then this story would be a good bit bigge than it is, being that a pound of meth on the street will cost you about 40,000 when a pound of weed is not more than 600. Seriously, over $1,000,000 in meth?
Nobody in Leesville is that much of a baller.
