Which ones? I see them everywhere, the ones that get arrested are out before the ink dries! How many times do they get arrested before they stay in jail? I have seen people go to jail and not get out for awhile, and it wasn't as bad as drugs! I just don't understand druggies and cops!!!
I agree

I think the punishment should be harsher. That way, the addict could have time to get the drugs out of their system and possibly get clean after being released.

Put all the dopies in a room and give them ALL the drugs they want. Then notify the families that these soulless leaches will no longer be stealing from them. It will be a relief in the end for everyone.
