The police did not request the drug test as defined in the krs dui law. All we have is the hospital test which is not admissable in court. I think we need a stricter test done for people under the influence of drugs, they have a level for alchol to test but none for drugs. With so many people addicted to prescription drugs and narcotics, you think this would have already been done.

I totally agree. The system is really messed up. There has to be something that can be done in this case.

more people looking for money. what was a pregnant woman doing on a god damn motorcycle? those things are dangerous and you can put yourself in that position if you want, but your child? jesus!
