Canadian Crime News: Organized Crime

Tingley Group, Salisbury,NB

2010 08 05

Only one member of the Tingley family remains in jail after two more were released on strict bail conditions last week.

Four members of the family face dozens of charges such as conspiracy to traffic drugs and committing offences for the benefit of a criminal organization known as the Tingley Group in court documents. They were arrested when the RCMP executed search warrants on several homes and businesses in the Salisbury-Colpitts Settlement area the morning of Dec. 10, 2008 as part of Operation Jekyll.

Christopher, Michael, Roger and Rodney Tingley were remanded until their trial, while Sharon Tingley, Gail Tingley and Melissa Patten were charged and released on undertakings. Charges were stayed against the three women in late May.

Christopher was the first to be released after a detention review in Moncton's Court of Queen's Bench in late April and Michael and Roger were released last week after separate hearings presided over by Justice George Rideout and Chief Justice David Smith, respectively.

Rodney Tingley is the only one left in remand and he is scheduled to have a bail review in the coming weeks.

Only one problem with your problem solving advice for the Tingleys "they just got caught..now let them prove their innocence" u c, they can't prove their innocence. They are guilty. Plain and simple. And again,,must I remind you that under the crimminal code on organized crime, they are "guilty" until proven innocent. They belong behind bars. THis is a travesty of justice. There is no reasonable reason why they should be allowed to be free until their trial. They are dangerous and psychotic gangster wannabees. Mike is completly crazy. He is an egotistical, self-centered, narcassistic, sociopath who has without a doubt been plotting his revenge on all of the witnesses who've signed aftidavids against them. For some, this is now very dangerous that they are all out. Very dangerous. Something needs to be done. Someone needs to justify why they were allowed to be set free.

Reading your post is the eqivalent of talking to someone with marbles in their mouth.Jabs at people about money, jabs at your community for being judgemental of their local alleged "criminal organization",& jabs at police for not granting thugs a get out of jail free pass. You bear the mark of the truely ignorant.I guess being a junkie probably negates you from having to share morales with the general public.
The federal government just upgraded drug crimes, relating to organized crime, to a serious offence, with tougher sentences & gave police more investigative tools to fight organized crime. So judging by the way government policy is heading, if this group prolongs their trial much longer the government may assign harsher sentences to ANY & EVERY crime being comitted under the umbrella of organised crime.

In this instance, the correct and intelligent decision was made based on facts. That is all anyone should ever expect.
Anyone who decries that and makes fear-mongering allegations is simply serving their own agenda - whatever that may be.

How on earth can you call that an intelligent decision? I mean I know you are a family member Paul, but this is absurd. How can letting out an entire crime family out of jail without trial a good idea?? Do you not remember that they are charged with over 57 serious charges, INCLUDING Organized crime? Not to mention these are the same criminals who have hired junkies to commit arson? REPEATEDLY!!!!
First Kevin got out, and that is a bit different cause he actually plead guilty to his crimes. But then Chris gets out and he has the most charges against him, and what do you know....a few days later, another attempt at arson against the same family occurs....Hmmmm, rather suspicious to me.
And the strange this is that the whole year and a half they were incarcerated, there was no destruction, no threats, no arsons. THat is NOT a coincidence. But whatever, they will soon enough be paying the piper for all the arsons. Its so funny too cause they think they got away with it....Just wait till trial time boys. You havn't gotten whats coming to you yet...but you will.
But Paul, since you seem to be such an expert on your crimminal family, I have a question for you.
Roger....at one time he was complaining of dementia, and his crackwhore daughter Tammy was running to the media and whining how inhumane it was that he was being kept behind bars when he didn't even know his name or where he was.....Well, my question is" did he get cured?" I just want to know cause I know a few people who really do suffer from dementia, and if he got a pill or a needle to cure it, shouldn't he be sharing that with the medical community so that everyone else with dementia can be instantly cured?? I'm just asking, cause last time I checked there was no known cure for dementia but it seems that Roger has been cured. Thats a miracle. Maybe they can put Roger in the Medical Journals for the miracle of his cure for dementia. Just a thought.. He could maybe get some financial kickbacks for being the first human to be cured of dementia.
Food for thought.

Food for fear/hate mongering and speculation only. You really should learn how to speak like a human being about other human beings- goes to state of mind.

If you have so little respect for others, you must be pretty screwed up yourself.

Should also look at who really lit that fire to try to incriminate those out on bail..Too obvious..Any one can see. I doubt anyone would have to look very far in any direction.

As for Roger's health, I guess you are a doctor now too because you seem to have a diagnosis that suits your needs.Curious thing, as I doubt they would be releasing their medical records to people who have a vendetta against them.

As for the trial, it's not about arson so I find that connection absurd. The police have been appealing for help on that one since 2007 but you seem to have it all figured out. HMMMMMM.

Well the trial isn't "yet" about arson, although we all know they did it. You see, the problem with junkies, is that they have no loyalty. THeir loyalty is whatever they need to do for their next fix. And they sure do know how to sing loud when their freedom is at stake, and a fix is just around the corner. They've all bragged about it, and continue to bragg. I think you will be very surprised at how many junkies have squeeled like pigs. Time is just ticking away and its almost time to hit them where it hurts/ haha. Can't wait.
I am not a doctor, however, I do have moderate intelligence, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out that something isn't right. One minute he's suffering from dementia, then the next(when he realises it isn't gonna help his case) he's cured. I would suggest the prison doctors get in touch with the medical journal and publish how they cured Roger so fast. Like I said, last I heard, there was no known cure for dementia.
I consider myself to be in great state of mind. I am my own person, drug dealers and arsonists don't control me, nor do they intimidate me. Therefore, I think I'm pretty sane. Unlike Roger-OOPS, sorry Roger, I forgot that you were cured from dementia. My mistake.
And you are correct in saying that I have no respect when it comes to the Tingleys. I've watched them terrorise our community, and all the good people in it for years. Times up. They don't deserve any respect from anyone. They did unspeakable crimes and its finally their time to get whats coming to them.
As far as the latest arson attempt, you are right. You don't need to look too far to find the culprit. When you add up the fact that the only time arson attempts took place were when Tingleys were loose on society, then add up that when they were incarcerated there were no attempts, and now that they are released another arson attempt took place, it equals tingley. You are right. It is obvious. But it is none other then your law abiding family. You see, inbred people are not like the rest of us. They are lacking a few screws and common sense. They were too stupid to leave it alone. They just HAD to go at it again. They weren't smart enough to realize that it wouldn't look good on them doing that crap right away after their releases. I mean c'mon, we know your family isn't known for their brains, or common sense. It was too tempting for them. And once again, caught on video. Say hello to candid camera.

I was once told there's two ways to get a heart attack- running up stairs and running down people.Your hatred and ignorance only hurts you but it seems your are blissfully unaware of this common human condition.

Good luck with your junkie witnesses. I am sure they are very credible. It should really help yours too.As you assure us, they will do anything for their next fix.

I do not all hate them to my core. Yes I do want soooooo bad to watch them finally get the justice that they sooooo deserve, and sooo bad want all their crimes finally made public, but don't get me wrong.. I don't waste my life waiting and hoping on justice. My life is very full. I don't waste days, weeks and years, just wasting, away hoping for justice. So really, my hopes for this trial, does not hurt me in the least. So, no worries of me having a heart attack anytime soon Paul, but thanks so much for your concern. Maybe I was wrong, maybe the Tingleys are good people..........BAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHA... I tried being serious, but you see, my life is full of fun, and emotion. I don't waste it on your pathetic excuse of inbred relatives.

Gungapooch, once again you give credit to me when there is no need,I am not beck, nor any other persona.I told you I only post under this name,I have no need for multiple personas I can express my opinion just fine with one, unlike you & your bretherine.I've also said you won't get any more bananas from me you naughty little lying monkey,so stop begging. As I stated before I am trying to take the HIGH ROAD & stay out of the fray. But not for nada you should be aware, that just because I had relatives from out of town over whom set off 5 little fireworks at dusk for the kids after our BBQ,it is still a far cry from an attempted arson that occurred in the wee hours of the next morn.Though I am sure the video will tell the tale.Besides all of my family have security cameras which can vouch for the fact we never left our homes that night,& we don't have flunkie friends who would do such things anyway. But you have made me aware that my new neighbour everyone claimed was nothing like his gangster relatives is actually closer to the group than people give him credit for,now that I know he would share such a stupid little insignificant piece of info with them about how we set off 5 little fireworks at dusk for our kids, so you all could try & use it against us.Either way the police have determined it was arson,& have ruled out my family,as for yours, well that remains to be seen, the arsonist failed so no insurance money for MISSY,I guess the building will still be sold to pay the judgement against her & Mike afterall(now who had motive?), sorry for their luck. Now please leave me out of your tomfoolery. You do realise your posts bear significant markers of someone with the thought process of a psycopath, right down to accusing everyone of being ME including the person whom posts our local crime news on this site & even those who run the whole topic site, which is world wide BTW.Now lest me alone JUGGINS I care not to argue with a fool for no good sense can come of it.

What kind of a person video tapes themselves all day and all night? That is indeed peculiar.

Especially from someone that manipulates videos as a diversion. One only needs to look at youtube runningamuck3z to see the manipulative handiwork.

When local gangsters started shooting at our homes with parents & children inside & burning garages, homes & camps of our family members, lobbing death threats out at our wives, vandalised our property, hung slanderous signs full of lies all about the village,& tried to extort money out of people ect...we thought the Idea of having security was a good one,the cameras knowing where we all are just happens to add the bonus of an alibi whenever one of these psycopaths or their family members try to flip the blame for something they did or had someone do, onto one or all of us, a tactic quite commonly used by a certain crime group from the area, still awaiting trial, but let loose once again on our community by judicial officials whom have no thought for public safety.
Ok so you jab jab jab & I say again I am done with your game. But I did stop by & watch some of those youtube videos, & have to say whomever came up with those is hillarious, seriously I laughed my ass off, thanks for the tidbit, now everyone will know where to go get a laugh.

Once again the apple falls close to the tree. We all know who created them - the same one who claims to have bona-fide surveillance videos. The same one who manipulates videos for entertainment and whatever else he wants to portray.

Something akin to Dr. Paul Joseph Goebbels - just not nearly as smart.

A liar begins with making falsehood appear like truth, and ends with making truth itself appear like falsehood.
The liar's punishment is not in the least that he is not believed, but that he cannot believe anyone else.
The trouble with lying and deceiving is that their efficiency depends entirely upon a clear notion of the truth that the liar and deceiver wishes to hide. The hardest tumble a man can make is to fall over his own bluff. When you stretch the truth, watch out for the snapback.A lie may take care of the present, but it has no future. We tell lies when we are afraid... afraid of what we don't know, afraid of what others will think, afraid of what will be found out about us. But every time we tell a lie, the thing that we fear grows stronger. Truth fears no questions.
Liars begin by imposing upon others, but end deceiving themselves.
Liars are the cause of all the sins and crimes in the world.
Lying is like breathing to the psychopath.Everyone who knows a psychopath will be stabbed in the back, sooner or later. The psychopath will often make himself out to be the real victim & try to make his or her victim out to be the "crazy or deceitful one in the situation".

The psychopath and sociopath are largely similar. Both psychopaths and sociopaths have a complete disregard for the feelings and rights of others. This often surfaces by age 15 and may be accompanied by cruelty to animals. These traits are distinct and repetitive, creating a pattern of misbehavior that goes beyond normal adolescent mischief.

Both the psychopath and sociopath fail to feel remorse or guilt. They appear to lack a conscience and are completely self-serving. They routinely disregard rules, social mores and laws, unmindful of putting themselves or others at risk.

Of the more distinguishing traits, some argue the sociopath to be less organized in his or her demeanor, nervous and easily agitated – someone likely living on the fringes of society, without solid or consistent economic support. A sociopath is more likely to spontaneously act out in inappropriate ways without thinking through the consequences.

Conversely, some argue that the psychopath tends to be extremely organized, secretive and manipulative. The outer personality is often charismatic and charming, hiding the real person beneath. Though psychopaths do not feel for others, they can mimic behaviors that make them appear normal. Upon meeting, one would have more of a tendency to trust a psychopath than a sociopath.

Because of the organized personality of the psychopath, he or she might have a tendency to be better educated than the average sociopath, who probably lacks the attentive skills to excel in school. While psychopaths can fly under the radar of society, many maintaining families and steady work, a sociopath more often lacks the skills and drive for mimicking normal behavior, making “seemingly healthy” relationships and a stable home less likely. From a criminal standpoint, a sociopath’s crimes are typically disorganized and spontaneous, while the psychopath’s crimes are well planned out. For this reason, psychopaths are harder to catch than sociopaths, as the sociopath is more apt to leave ample evidence.
That about sums up all I have to say to or about you & your "FAMILY" & who & how your are.
So I bid you adieux.SEACREST OUT!

Well I know the Tingleys and I KNOW for a fact that they are every bad thing that has ever been said about them. They are true scum of the earth. They destroy anyone and everyone around them that will not conform to their ways when they say. They deserve everything that has happened to them and everything they are going to get. And don't forget the secret smoking gun...shhh arson charges.Thats right.
And Enigma, anyone who supports them are just as scum and low life as they are. If you weren't, you wouldn't be a friend.
