The Chineese are always trying to come up with some super weapon to use against it's enemies and if this works who knows maybe they are responsible behind all the hurricanes a few years back.

I am still amazed that "can we" still wins out over "should we". If the ones doing this are scientists shouldn't consequences cross their minds from time to time? Oh wait it is China.

Hey folks RX might not be too far off the mark when in comes to China developing a weaponized form of weather. It can destabilize a country's economy over night. You never know what they're up to these days.

If I had a choice, I'd go to Japan. They are quite friendly with the US despite our atom-bombing them in WW2.

scientist may be some of the greatest minds in the world but if there is one thing i dont like about them it is that they dont know when to stop.

some things just should not be in the hands of humans. we have shown limitless times our irresponsibility with things. we should not have nuclear weapons let alone the power like this.

knowlege and power are both the salvation of our species and the destruction of it. this one example. you keep playing with a gun its going to shoot.
