DHS shuts down dozens of websites without court order...
The Homeland Security Department's customs enforcement division has gone on a Web site shutdown spree, closing down at least 76 domains this week, according to online reports.

Wow, I guess the DHS has a lot of extra time, money and manpower on it's hands, I guess they could stand a very large budget cut then?
The public mandate was to protect the people from terrorists not to enforce civil law and act like a private dog for big $$$$ interests.
Now where is the due process here, aren't you supposed to go to court BEFORE you have your property confiscated and your business shut down? What about the right to face your accuser? This is a CIVIL case not criminal, why the heavy handed gestapo tactics.
