I have a solution . Just let me be executioner for the State of Ohio, even the entire nation. Fat or skinny a bullet to his head will put him down.

Life without parole is so much easier. This has hung around 30 years and still isn't resolved. A life sentence would have kept this fatass anonymous the rest of his life and probably in death too.

Obesity alone is reason enough to execute the fat f ck.

It's a national security threat. Fry him.

Dr. Oz: "From my perspective, the number one greatest national security threat that we have is obesity. Do you ever think about it that way?”

Michelle Obama:“Well absolutely. Shocking information, I do a lot of work with military families, and spend a lot of time on military bases and the number one thing that prevents young people from the ages of 17 to 24 qualifying for the military is obesity.”

A 10cc syringe of free oxygen will do the job and we can save chemicals.

The 30 year delay is the real outrage in this case. They didn't take 30 years to execute Timothy McVeigh and these long delays are pure nonsense on the part of the Public Defenders.

Even a drunkard will marvel at the moral content of federal health care workers.

Why don't you just change your username to Mengele and be done with it?

The man had his day in court. He was found guilty. His punishment was death. You deny these facts?

you gotta love this-
A condemned Ohio inmate who weighs at least 480 pounds wants his upcoming execution delayed, saying his weight could lead to a "torturous and lingering death."

Ronald Post, who shot and killed a hotel clerk in northern Ohio almost 30 years ago, said his weight, vein access, scar tissue and other medical problems raise the likelihood his executioners would encounter severe problems. He's also so big that the execution gurney might not hold him, lawyers for Post said in federal court papers filed Friday.

he should've thought of that before he killed someone. gurny shmurny, 30yrs is long enough for tax payers to foot the bill. inject him w/a coctail of super glue, concrete, & rat poison ala Philly's black madam, & off him already. dump that fat ass in the ocean & let the fish eat him.

I hope you trip in your stupor over a curb and get hit by a car, suffer severe injuries. I don't think you would be talking sh-i-t if a medical professional was there to help and worked for the federal health system now, would you?

If the answer is yes, attention all medical professionals regardless of who employees you. If you see a fake pastor that looks like the guy in Poltergeist, with a bottle of manischewitz in hand, profoundly bleeding, keep on walking.

Sadly glitter if this man collapsed in front of me and I knew who he was and how he feels, I would still do everything I could to save him. Not that he would care.

Just a guess, but my bets are though you're a proponent of a national health care system with a single payer?

10 years from now,.. at the rate the government gives food to low-lifes, the death penalty will disqualify 90% of it's lard ass'
I could kinda understand, if they weren't able to hangman this "goodie gobbler", due to the price between rope and chain, but...they could lay his heafty ass on a trailer, and guillotine the neck off this butterbean waste of space.

Guillotine is very quick and reusable. As for hanging I could hand him with a service rig. No way he weighs more than a string of tubing
