I don't think the punishment is too harsh, not at all, but who ever wrote that he "ought to be passed around, because he is used to it" is sick, and needs to get themselves help before they end up just like Houston. Really you should be ashamed of yourself.

Does anyone know how old this scumbag is? I ask because I have a personal interest in cases, not this one in particular, but of 15 year olds that are tried as an adult for murder. In my mind they should be executed and the one I regretfully am talking about is being tried for 3 counts of premeditated FIRST DEGREE MURDER. YOU CAN NOT REHABILITATE AN ANIMAL LIKE THAT SO WHY HOUSE THEM FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIFE! This piece of sh*t murdered his parents and tried to get away with it by blaming my son after he kidnapped and shot Matthew to death. I'm hoping the scumbag in the news story above is passed around all day long.

I think you are all pretty sick to be so harsh on this kid. He's getting his due penalty, stop being such A-holes.

Life isn't so harsh in most prisons. Taxpayers keep these people with a "life" sentence ALIVE. If you kill, you should be killed. I'm usually pretty liberal, but this is one thing I feel like there is no room for compromise. So what, he has to live in a confined area for the rest of his life. He gets to live, and never has to work (unless it's part of his sentence or he wants to). At least he gets to live.
