The act from Newsom is JUST GIVING UP!
WATER STORAGE! The reasons why the world is having so many issues environmentally is due to the excess pollutions being dumped by plans. If he were to take a good look at China's pollutions and other pollutions world wide and actually get on board with the world leaders understanding the high priority with the need for HSR to help lower emissions and fewer planes in the air then maybe he would not have pulled out. Make up your mind and stick with it! The US is already generations behind world transportation projects that have proven to be successful. Less about YOU and more about what is best for the US and its citizens. This San Franciscan sees you differently now and has bailed out of your support.
