Might have something to do with why the Chief quit.The audit for fines for 2010-2011 total 800,000+ dollars. What did they do with that money? They might of said if you quit we wont press charges on the money you put in your pockets.

The investigation uncovered nothing, because there was nothing to uncover.

These street lights in town doesn't run off solar power. You had five law enforcement salaries, plus the street crew and town hall employees. Town celebration, July 4th festivities, gas for the vehicles and such. As you see, it takes a lot of money for a town to run. The fireworks show alone ranges anywhere from $50,000-$75,000 bucks. Do some research.
