Whatever, just like... your Mom didn't pay off his other victim...they didn't get his boots...he wasn't involved with an unsolved murder in your Dad's state...whatever! I am glad he will be gone from Leesville...now he can leave me alone!!!

First and foremost, a life has been lost/taken, and all our prayers should go out to the family and love ones of this person. There is no doubt, the person who committed this crime should be prosecuted to the full extend of the law.
Let us make sure we have the right person.
We all think, if you are arrested you must have done something wrong, right. We all know they only arrest guilty people. I can only look at Dallas County, leading the Nation in releasing wrongly convicted people, in 2007, about 15 and counting. They all spent about 20 to 27 years in prison before they were released. I have always been the one to think, if you have not done anything wrong, you do not have anything to worry about being charged with a crime of this nature, and perhaps go to jail.
Well these authorities have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to make a square peg fit into a round hole. Who said there isnít money in crime, these guys have stayed in hotels for years, renting cars, eating at very nice restaurants, and flew people from around this great country to testify about this manís past. You bet your sweet ass they are going to prosecutor someone. Your past is a great predictor of your likelihood to commit a crime, specially if you are in the area of the crime and poor, right. We should demand more, do your job and not waste taxpayerís money. Everyone is voicing their opinion based on the information the media releases, how smart is that. God bless us all, it really does not matter what happens to this man right, until next time, it can be you! Let the evident speak, oh they donít have any, just a bill of all that money they spent for the last six years. You all are being used as ponds. I said all that to say this, do not believe everything you read, ask yourself, why would they release that information. If one can be treated in an unfair manner, the opportunity is there for us all to be treated in this manner. This is a great country, I know because I fought to defend this great nation.
Again, my prayers go out to the family and friends on this person, but let us get the right person.

It is true that "they" sometimes prosecute innocent people. No clear-thinking adult fails to recognize that mistakes happen in the judicial process, and sometimes worse than mistakes. But Ben David has demonstrated that he is willing to buck public opinion and do the job he was elected to do. And the defendant in this case has a long track record of violence, and there is evidence here that the jury must evaluate. We have to let the process go forward. But Ben David is a man of great credibility, with a track record as a straight shooter who will prosecute even the police, and also as a man who stands for equality and justice. The accused is a proven violent criminal with some evidence against him. I have not heard it all, and so I am glad I don't have to vote "guilty" or "not guilty," but there is no reason to mistrust the prosecution in this case. Let the jury decide.

It is so important that in any case there is sufficient physical evidence to prove that a person is guilty. My question is what physical evidence did the prosecution have to convict Tyrone Delgado? The fact is that many innocent men are in prison, and that many happen to be African American. Knowing martial arts does not make you a dangerous person, so there has to be more than what I am reading on the internet. I do want to believe that Ben David is a man of integrity and that he did have the evidence to convict the right man. Unfortunately in the past there has been a rush to justice, and many innocent people have been convicted. It is best to do research on the facts of the case, and not on what the media reports because sometimes it is biased.

show me how you can put a man in prison without placing him at the scene. nor did they find a link between the two. who goes out and kill for the first time without reason? did u know they have proof that he was in his home at the time of victim death? home secrity system shows he punch in his code and did't leave home after that. so lets not allow his past to judge this. he still has a right to a fair trial and he was not given that here.

Yes it is best to do reasearch on the facts which is Exactly what you need to do!!! The reason why Tyrone Delgado went to jail has nothing to do with being african american, it has to do with a cold blooded murderer! The fact that he knew martial arts only helped him to be more of the monster that he really is. I am so glad that justice has been served on this so called tyrone delgado.

It is true that it is near impossible to commit a murder and not leave some form of evidence at the scene. I say near impossible, however, tyrone did leave evidence. A single hair speaks volumes. Impossible for it to be there other than he was in the house. He killed her, no question. He was, and still is a dangerous man. He is where he belongs. Actually he belongs on death row.

He killed her in the same manner that he attacked other women in his past and later with his own wife. He has a nasty temper and is patently narcissistic. He shot 19 yr old Jermont James and pleaded to involuntary manslaughter and attacked the other guy with Jermont in 2000. He likes control and is abusive. Who do you think you're fooling???? He deserved worse than he got.

Anybody can punch in a code and his wife was covering for him until she was attacked herself and realized she wasn't immune to his rage.

I am not saying that there is evidence to convict this man. There are plenty of people who kill without provocation or even knowing their victim. Are familiar with Ted Bundy(White), and he didn't even have a criminal past. The "Washington Sniper(Black),Charles Manson (White),The Zodiac Killer, William Edward "Billy" Cook(White). The list is long and none of these people were even considered violent. So remove the notion that he is innocent just because he didn't even know the person he was arrested for killing.

This man is guilty! I knew him when i was 13 years old, when my dad was stationed in Louisiana and he raped me.He use to stalk me and terrorize me. I was young and scared and didn't report it to the police. I am 37 years old now and still live with it till this day.

You and your entire family should be arrested you piece of scum. Look at all the people saying they were victimized by this animal. He should have been exterminated after the first rape. 2005 there were 37,000 black on white rapes, ZERO VICE VERSA! Good people arm yourselves in defense against these savages!

He should have been Hung on a court square a long time ago, anyone who defends this animal should be inprioned for negligent stupidity. Our society is safer with him incarcerated but his expense and free meals cost more than he is worth. He should get a new trial... But only to consider the death penalty... That's what he deserves!
