The group r00tbeer started their hacking spree with a defacing & dump of the TBN (also known as The Botting Network) usernames & hashed passwords. The owner has acknowledged what happened here: http://thebotnet.com/announcements/149176-tbn...

An email was sent out to all 96k registered members. Their top recommendation being that all users change their passwords immediately. It appears the vulnerability is now under control.
