I am absolutely certain that farmers all over the area will take time to go online and read tips on NBC29 regarding how to take care of the farm during a snow storm!!!: rolls eyes : If they don't already know, they have no business farming in the first place.

I was put on this earth to be a clown , Doesn't pay well so I had to go to WORK .

Farming ain't easy and I am always open for new ideas. If we had to pay the bills farming I would be blogging from the MISSION in Staunton .

I got most of my education about farming standing down at the Weyers Cave Farm Bureau and The Waynesboro Farm Bureau ( NOW GONE ).. When I was a KID , Old farmers always standing around talking when my Dad or grandad took me with them .

I still go = Nobody there to talk anymore ... I just get my feed and go on about my buisness.

If there are new farmers coming behind us .

I wonder where they are so we can talk to them , maybe help pass on what we have struggled through and the fun stuff ? Or GOD forbid , the kids teach US something .

Keep talking , sooner or later you will run out of things to complain about and maybe start a conversation . Spring coming I don't have much more time to be yapping .

Around 18" in Crimora , huge drifts , Power out everywhere and the PLACE is SERINE !

Check on your neghbors , Maybe just wave

I have NEVER taken a subsidy in my life directly. Not saying the company , school or whatever got one I worked for .

I have never calimed ANYTHING past Home mortgage deductions as a handout.

I bought a HYBRID = DID NOT claim the federal TAX /handout.I don't even use a number at the farm bearuo , NOPE... just tell give it to somebody else.

Told the tax Man to FORGET ABOUT IT and not claim it .!

I don't gamble bet I do know the impetus behind all those grape vines out there and I know what deductions are made on cattle farms around here. Why do you think Donald bought Kluges winery? Thats just the tip of the iceberg. We subsidize farms just like we support oil companies.

It may turn into the boardwalk 1500 square foot condo on VA beach :), the summer house condoes are almost complet.

3500 a month rent and nothing to keep up with ...heck I be money ahead.

heck with it , just rent everything sell off and relax :)

You get called names if you dont even take farmer welfare.

I can make more money in front of a PC screen than in the fields .

Why not looking at the Ocean ???

Always exceptions to a rule, except in physics, but even light can be bent.

I enjoyed your Physics reference..... I will not challenge that light can be bent as you stated, or merely angled or curved.

I am unable to, I am of the opinion Newton was sturdy wrong, sure, basically his theory is valid in most instances.

He just forgot part of the equation.

So yes light can be bent by my Theory , even tied into a bow.
