I had the displeasure of butting heads with the zoning gang in Deland. They pass zoning laws and never inform property owners that are effected.
Its hard to get a straight answer from anyone there.
My case drug out for several monthes and was finally
resolved by me paying several thousand dollars in "fees", its legalized extortion plain and simple.
May they all go to Hell.

The folks in Osteen don't stand a chance. The county and city are cahoots with each other. Money is there only motivation. Soon Osteen will look like Deltona and have the same kind of shennanigans going on there too. Dennis Mulder the mayor who made Deltona look like a fool could the replacement for Pat, Lordy save us.
