Trussville plans to buy shopping center, lease from thrift store

The Trussville City Council tonight moved ahead with a deal to purchase a downtown shopping center and the long-term lease of a thrift store which planned to locate there.

What a deal.......... for the owners of that run down 30 years old shopping center... Christmas in March.... Yeah.. I will take $5 mil for that.. if you are stupid enough to give it to me... actually shopping center is not even in DOWNTOWN... downtown is a car wash, an empty gas station.. an empty lot... a high class STICK N STUFF... that is where they carry the bedding out on the top of cars on Saturday morning... then of all things there is a cemetary.. what will they do with all those dead people in the Redevelopment Plan that they are saying buying the shopping center helps.. Oh well...
