The Loony management of todays market who force others in employ to exchange currencies of $1,000 -$2 increments and allow credit card users who refuse to show identification, and knowingly use another persons credit card against a cashiers wishes, should be imprisoned and they are not. The rules of stealing from others funds have been overlooked in order to make way for people to have more privacy, but you think it is more important to allow a person under the influence of POT to drive a forklift? Exchange of currency for cigarettes, beer & wine, and cough syrup still requires an Identification; even some of us over 40 are ALWAYS carded and refused sale unless providing it, but go figure you would choose to allow those who dispense hunting and fishing licenses, sell shotgun shells and weaponry to do so as they are stoned?

When people sue for the most frivolous of reasons, why would this be wrong?
The tabling of States to consider bans, which some California cities have done, regarding plastic shopping bags, which without them the sanitation of poultry drippings can be fatal, is not funny.
Someone has to have morals and ethics; the rest should retire and find other jobs. Fishing, poker, and wood-whittling could be suggested.
How is this 'medical marijuana user caught?' Is it possible there are shampoos and lotions which are in the blood stream, as are found legally for pain remedy? Another dilemma????
