WHAT RESTRICTIONS/ WE NEED A WALMART IN THIS AREA. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING ELSE THERE. IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING. THAT BUILDING HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR YEARS.

Its waste of your time !!! Come on for something with vacant ghost building there for long time. Bring the Walmart for short distance with community out there.
