Are the Briggs family paid by astro-turf organizations like from labor unions?

I believe the Frys was supposed to go where Mathis Bros is now, or somewhere in that general area.

If you are going to be make assertions at least make true ones. It was not Debbie Acker, but rather Jerry Dubois, and two other councilmembers who did not want Fry's.

Mountain Village? WalMart would improve this area of run down trashy homes. What a joke. Concentrate on cutting your lawn and watering your trees. Your houses need painting and park your old cars in the garage. Average house must be at least $100,000 in that run down area. Quot spending money on this overprices attorney and spend it on your run down houses.

If only we had the residents of the local radius had the ability to help design the store, such as making parking not as awful as the costco in Montclair and only having it 24/7 during Christmas season then the development would have no problem with me.

Henry, its allegedly from a conversation with Wapner. If Wapner was against that Frys then he sucks too.

Believe it or not, the parking situation at Costco is much improved, since the construction of the additional access driveway south of the main one. You can just whip in there easily and park in the south lot, without having to go to the always, overcrowded area to the north.

Matt: Do you ever remember Debbie Acker EVER having 2 votes to accomplish anything?
She was always odd-woman out on a 4 to 1 vote. She was an anti-crook, councilmember---by the way, an almost extinct species. But she was able to point out crooked land deals and self-serving politicians, like Wapner.

i wouldn't go in thwt neighborhood evene if they did build a Walmart. It is a bad, rundown neighborhood and a magnet for crime.

Ontario needs the WalMart. All the rude lowlife Mexicans can shop in a WalMart in their own city. They are trashing the Upland one.
