So...create a new place where you mix residential and commercial? Fine. Put in a Walmart and then make all the housing section 8 cause to fulfill the jobs?? Why?? Apparently it's ok to spend ungodly amounts of money on the new city hall, so the logical thought is to create a blighted area next it? Go to any Walmart and see the blight. And who is going to live next to a Walmart? Section 8 will. How about start cleaning up the east side and put this crap by Deer Ridge...oh that's right, the city council probably lives there. How about a Whole Foods? Or something that people want to live next to?

It is nice. That Walmart is small, surrounded by light commercial, and again, small. It's also tucked in off the road.
