Okay, we get one or two incidents of police using excessive force in Seattle per year. I think we're doing okay considering the other cities. We could do better, don't get me wrong, but cities where people can't do anything to protect against the police should be a higher priority. At least our cops will do something when there's actual citizen outrage.
