Lawyers say Poland shocked over abortion fine
Warsaw, Poland, Nov 5, 2012 / 03:02 pm .- Local attorneys say the European Court of Human Right's decision to fine Poland for not helping a girl obtain an abortion four years ago has unsettled many in the country.

Not surprising really. When a nation joins the EU it is no longer free and sovereign. Why should an unaccountable international bureaucracy be able to treat Polakia like a puppet state? Should not the voters in a nation make their own laws through their own votes in their own parliamentary elections?
