Doesn't anyone attend civics classes any more? NO local law can override a state or federal constitution. The reason we have a constitution to begin with is so that mob rule cannot override the rights of the individual.

You kidding? These are some of the same people who think that the law stated that slaves weren't human, and that the earth is only 6-7,ooo years old.
