I call it a fair depiction of many late term abortions. Abortion is murder, a criminal case.

We've forgotten what belongs on Page One.
Infant beheadings. Severed baby feet in jars. A child screaming after it was delivered alive during an abortion procedure. Haven't heard about these sickening accusations?
It's not your fault. Since the murder trial of Pennsylvania abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell began March 18, there has been precious little coverage of the case that should be on every news show and front page. The revolting revelations of Gosnell's former staff, who have been testifying to what they witnessed and did during late-term abortions, should shock anyone with a heart.
NBC-10 Philadelphia reported that, Stephen Massof, a former Gosnell worker, "described how he snipped the spinal cords of babies, calling it,'literally a beheading. It is separating the brain from the body." One former worker, Adrienne Moton, testified that Gosnell taught her his "snipping" technique to use on infants born alive.
Massof, who, like other witnesses, has himself pleaded guilty to serious crimes, testified "It would rain fetuses. Fetuses and blood all over the place." Here is the headline the Associated Press put on a story about his testimony that he saw 100 babies born and then snipped: "Staffer describes chaos at PA abortion clinic."...

Both on the web and during public appearances, even fairly radical black activists themselves are very concerned and they're the ones mostly raising these issues....they ain't coming from me.
You left out the bit regarding those that have died in unusual circumstances whilst in police custody ...etc

Right.....for the black failing to comply with arrest orders and acting like he's gonna draw his weapon on the cop(s), or actually drawing his weapon on the cop(s). Thanks for the reminder.

i don't agree with late term abortions but if later abortion is legal, pictures of aborted almost full term fetuses mean nothing.

If you're thinking of last year's Carter case in Arkansas, that was a suicide, not a homicide by cops. Sooner or later, y'all are gonna have to learn to get over denial of black-committed crime in America, and that it's an epidemic.

It does when his "clinic" wasn't inspected because the pro"choice" govenor stoped them because he thought inspections "put up a barrior" to women wanting abortions.

In its landmark 1973 abortion cases, the U.S. Supreme Court held that a woman’s right to
an abortion is not absolute and that states may restrict or ban abortions after fetal viability, provided that their policies meet certain requirements. In these and subsequent decisions, the Court has held that

 even after fetal viability, states may not prohibit abortions “necessary to preserve the life or health” of the woman;

 “health” in this context includes physical and mental health;

 only the physician, in the course of evaluating the specific circumstances of an individual case, can define what constitutes “health” and when a fetus is viable; and

 states may not require additional physicians to confirm the attending physician’s judgment that the woman’s life or health is at risk in cases of medical emergency.

You want to prohibit third trimester abortion where there is no threat to the mother's life, rape or incest? You agree third trimester abortion is more like infanticide than a medical procedure?

I agree with dragonpat, late term abortion should be illegal except in the case of threat to the mother's life, rape or incest. Here we might agree.

Stop government funding infanticide and late term voluntary abortion.

Yes, without reservation I believe that aborting a child past the moment when one has gained individuality (what makes us human) it is a moral and ethical travesty that abortions occur *unless* either the mother or both can be saved. I see it reasonable prior to such a point that only science can either provide or allow for the continuance of life, and that until such a point the mother's rights are supercedeing to that of the right of the unborn by mere biological fact that before potential viability outside the womb, a fetus is utterly dependent upon its mother for survival. Therefore, it is a women's right to decide to have an abortion prior. We can debate about when such an event occurs, but I agree with you that none of the debate should center around whose right exclude whose...I.e the rights of the mother to the exclusion of the Unborn. It is a fundamental question,and I fall squarely on the side if life where it has gained independence because that is truly the moment when life begins.

Not enough that the poor kill their own children, next paid to carry the children of the rich to term. Then call it pro-choice.

Say no, abortion is murder.

You know, I think this political cartoon just about sums up how I feel about the position of opposing first trimester abortion (and embryonic stem cell research)
