There are 223 comments on the Washington Times story from May 2, 2013, titled PAVONE: The merciless mind of the abortionist. In it, Washington Times reports that:

Of the many lessons to be learned from the Kermit Gosnell trial, which I have watched in the courtroom, one is that abortion not only destroys babies and their mothers; it destroys the doctors who perform them.

We don't live under the old testament-the new testament applies now. If killing is an issue, then why are you for the killing of the unborn? You salivate at the thought of women killing their offspring.

The ten commandments, one of which is what you quoted, are IN the OT. What you REALLY mean is that you cherry pick what you want from the OT, and want to deny the rest.

My beliefs are based on the Bible. Your opinion on the matter is irrelevant. You still will have your judgment day before God as everyone else.

No I don't. You don't believe in the Bible anyway. The 10 commandments are concerning sin, and haven't changed. Read romans 3:23.

Yes, you do.

What difference does it make if I believe in it? YOU'RE supposed to. All of it, otherwise you're just being a self-righteous cherry picker.

whatever,If Jesus had to die for my sins, didn't he break the deal when he 'rose from the dead'? If I give you $5000 as a 'sacrifice', but take it back in three days, I haven't sacrificed shit and you haven't gained shit.

No you don't understand the Bible. If you did you wouldn't be "godless". Feel free to choose whatever you want.

Clearly you are unfamiliar with your own theology.

The Commandments are not concerning sin. There is some overlap, but not a correlation.

In fact, the closest commandment to "sloth" is _DON'T WORK_ on the Sabbath.

There is no commandment against vanity.
There is no commandment against gluttony.

And commandments like "honor thy mother and father" aren't reflective of any sin whatsoever.

Ditto "engraved images"

Last I heard Exodus was a book of the OT. So if YOU don't live under the OT why are you referring to it with the 10 commandments?

You salivate at the thought of misogyny, just like your not so good book written by men.

The bible is a book written by men full of hypocrisy and contradictions.

No one understands the fcking book thus so many different christian sects.

I on the other hand understand it PERFECTLY AS PURE MISOGYNISTIC BUIISHIT.

No DUMMY,the rules of right and wrong still apply. The new testament covers the age of grace(forgiveness of sin), and the old testament was the age of law. Jesus came to save us(forgive) from our sins thru his sacrifice. This is what I was talking about to begin with.

What is wrong with you atheists/unbelievers? It takes more faith to not believe in God than to believe. What is the point arguing that there is not a God? If you believe in NOTHING then what is your side of the argument?

The ten commandments are exactly about sin. Its not a list of ALL sins. Didn't you eve go to sunday school? A 3 yr old has better sense than you about what is right and wrong.

This is where you are failing.

There are two ways to determine "right" vs "wrong".

The first way (the PROPER way) is used by atheists.
- Develop a moral code based on simple immutable principles and evaluation the issue against that code.

The second way (the DANGEROUS way) is used by fundamentalists.
- Have someone hand you a set of arbitrary rules based on nothing and follow them to the letter.

How is it that "Coveting a Neighbor's Possession" is on par with "Murder" and how is that on par with "Keep the Sabbath Holy"?

Why isn't slavery or rape mentioned in the Ten Commandments?

What is the BASIS for any given order to do or not do something? That someone says it came from God?

Your morality is utterly unstructured. It's meaningless.

Your morality is totally made up by yourself. I have something legitimate to go by. Right and wrong doesn't change. Mans definition of right and wrong is an opinion. I think you're the one in much more danger. If it feels good, do it, right?

I'm sorry you're not bright enough to understand the difference.
Wicca is not a religion then?
