1.8 million new voters have registered in California and they are motivated by women's health autonomy, multiethnicity, upward economic mobility, and optimistic idealism; 50% registered online. If this trend is any indication of the changes underway in other states, the GOP had better re-think it's concepts of race, reproductive rights, guns, and negativity. The Republican party is fading into radical irrelevance here.
