No surprises here. Another rock is overturned, and another Planned Parenthood charnel house is exposed: babies AND women butchered, health and safety rules flouted, and an incompetent abortionist rakes in big bucks. All in a day's work for Big Abortion, a "clear and immediate danger" to humans of any age.

http://www.worldmag.com/2013/05/a_clear_and_i... --‘A clear and immediate danger’

In a complaint filed Thursday, the office of Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden calls abortionist Timothy F. Liveright a “clear and immediate danger to the public,” while citing him for unprofessional, incompetent, and negligent conduct.

The official complaint -- http://www.delawareonline.com/livestream/arti... -- came a day after two former Delaware Planned Parenthood nurses leveled serious charges at Liveright, who surrendered his Delaware medical license last month. He told The News Journal of Delaware the charges were “scandalous” and denied wrongdoing.

The complaint alleges that, among other things, Liveright sexually harassed women and overdosed patients. It also charges him with negligence leading to the hospitalization of several patients in February and March of this year. The 68-year-old abortionist has 20 days to respond.

Deputy Attorney General Katisha D. Fortune signed the complaint issued by Delaware’s Department of Justice, which is headed up by the son of Vice President Joe Biden.

On Wednesday, Joyce Vasikonis and Jayne Mitchell-Werbrich, who both worked with Liveright, told a panel of Delaware lawmakers that Planned Parenthood centers in Wilmington and Dover were “an absolute nightmare.” They drew specific attention to Liveright, accusing him of rushing through patients at a “dangerous speed” and often conducting procedures in unsanitary conditions.

Six months ago, the State Attorney General's office descended on Dr. Scott Harrington, for exposing 2000 patients to HIV, and hepatitis B & C, through the use of unsterilized equipment. So far, over 300 of them have tested positive for one, the others, or both.

He's a dentist.
But those three hundred folks, and however many more, are still out there, are still just as infected, with diseases that have no known cure.

This sort of thing gets 'discovered' every DAY in this country.
It's not just 'abortion clinics' you know.

The medical community needs to police itself better.

Don't read very well, do you?

All the damning indictments of the Planned Parenthood butcher are straight from the Delaware Board of Medical Licensure and Discipline: http://www.delawareonline.com/livestream/arti...

And heading up the investigation is Delaware Democrat Attorney General Beau Biden, son of VP Joe. When your charnel house and its resident butcher cause even the Party of Death to get on your case, you know your Planned Parenthood abortionist is a certifiable "clear and immediate danger to the public" -- the exact phrase Beau Biden used.

And of course the CC would never be involved in medical malpractice....would they?

TOWSON, Md.—Lawyers involved in the medical malpractice case against St. Joseph Medical Center and Dr. Mark Midei regarding the unnecessary implantation of heart stents in patients agreed on a settlement Thursday.

Read more: http://www.wbaltv.com/news/maryland/baltimore...

An attorney for the 21 plaintiffs in the case said they've settled with Midei, St. Joe's and its former owner, Catholic Health Initiatives. The hospital is currently owned by the University of Maryland.

In a brief statement to WBAL-TV 11 News off camera, lead attorney Jay Miller said, "While I am not allowed to comment as part of the agreement concerning the settlement, I can tell you the case has been resolved."

A federal investigation and hospital review that began in 2010 found hundreds of cases between 2007 and 2009 in which Midei allegedly profited by placing stents in patients' arteries that weren't medically necessary.

The malpractice case against Midei and the hospital began in court in early April. The case was expected to last about three to six months but ended much earlier than expected.

According to 11 News sources, the cases were settled without prejudice, which means the plaintiffs can't file suit again. Sources told 11 News reporter Lowell Melser that talks of a settlement had been escalating over the past few weeks as more and more evidence was presented by the plaintiffs.

Sources said the plaintiffs are very happy with the monetary value of the settlement, which hasn't been revealed, and that the other 200 cases represented by Miller's firm will be part of it.

St. Joe's released a statement regarding the settlement late Thursday morning, saying, "This litigation is being handled by the prior owners of the hospital. All of the liabilities associated with medical treatment at St. Joseph prior to the purchase date by University of Maryland (Dec. 1, 2012) remain the responsibility of Catholic Health Initiatives."

LOL!! It just keeps getting better with those CC hospitals doesn't it? It appears they will go against "their" morals when money hangs in the balance!!! Those damn fetuses are not people on THEIR DIME!!

Catholic hospital group apologizes for fetus lawsuit defense

(Reuters)- A Catholic hospital group said on Monday it was "morally wrong" to contradict its church's teachings on the beginning of life when it argued fetuses are not people to defend itself against a wrongful death lawsuit in Colorado.

Catholic Health Initiatives said it will instead use other legal theories in the case.

The legal defense the hospital group has since disavowed stems from a malpractice and wrongful death lawsuit filed by Jeremy Stodghill in the 2006 deaths of his pregnant wife, Lori, and the couple's twin fetuses.

The hospital group received widespread criticism when it surfaced that its lawyers had successfully argued the claims on behalf of the unborn twins should be dismissed under a Colorado law that says fetuses do not have legal status. The argument contradicted the Roman Catholic church's longstanding teaching that life begins at conception.

The hospital group said in a statement on Monday that its lawyers were "morally wrong" to cite Colorado's so-called Wrongful Death Act in defending the lawsuit

"Although the argument was legally correct, recourse to an unjust law was morally wrong," the statement said.

The 31-year-old Lori Stodghill, who was seven months pregnant, collapsed at St. Thomas More Hospital & Medical Center in Canon City, Colorado, and died of a pulmonary embolism.

The facility is part of Catholic Health Initiatives, which operates hospitals in 17 states

No one said he was a "member."

[ http://articles.philly.com/2013-04-18/news/38... ] Planned Parenthood Southeast Pennsylvania president and CEO Dayle Steinberg, speaking at a fundraiser, no less, admitted that she knew what was going on at Gosnell’s butcher shop. She and her organization did not report it to state health officials or anyone else who could have stepped in.

"Steinberg said that when Gosnell was in practice, women would sometimes come to Planned Parenthood for services after first visiting Gosnell’s West Philadelphia clinic, and would complain to staff about the conditions there."

So what was the abortion organization’s response? Try this: Steinberg said they left it up to the traumatized women themselves to report the horror:“We would always encourage them to report it to the Department of Health,” she said.

Planned Parenthood's Steinberg initially tried to lie about her knowledge of Gosnell's house of butchery: Local media outlet WHYY reported at that time that Planned Parenthood had no foreknowledge:“Steinberg says she knows that Gosnell has provided abortions in Philadelphia for many years, but says she hadn’t heard of any problems at the clinic until the allegations surfaced in recent days.”[ http://whyy.org/cms/news/health-science/2010/... ]

The butcher named in this story, by the way, isn't Gosnell. It's Timothy Liveright. a Planned Parenthood abortionist.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden's complaint reads: "At all relevant times, Respondent practiced medicine as an independent contractor at Planned Parenthood of Delaware ("PPDE"), 665 Shipley Street, Wilmington, Delaware."

No kidding. We got the invariable, paranoid (and tangential, as usual) "Help, there are Catholics under my bed!" shrieking and the "Gosnell wasn't employed by Planned Parenthood!" non sequitur.
