Last week American Life League tried to run a full page ad in the New York Times and Washington Post that showed images from actual Planned Parenthood sex education materials for kids as young as 10 years old.

Both newspapers rejected the ad as “too graphic” and “shocking” for their adult readers to see. But the images are okay for kids in the classroom to see – at taxpayer expense.

I have ALL’s ad posted on page 2. WARNING: It’s too vulgar to run on page 1.

The backstory from ALL:

To raise public awareness about Planned Parenthood’s controversial sex education – more accurately described as sexual indoctrination – ALL planned a series of advertisements revealing what and how children are really taught in PP’S so-called “comprehensive sex education.” These are programs that are already in many schools and will reach all public schools as currently mandated in Obamacare.

The Washington Post rejected the advertisement simply saying that, without disguising the pictures, it was “too graphic.” The only images in the ad are from Planned Parenthood-endorsed sources. If they are too graphic for adults reading the Washington Post, then they certainly should not be in elementary school classrooms.

Likewise, the New York Times offered to run the ad only if ALL would agree to blur the pictures. Its staff suggested that they could run a disclaimer saying,“Image too shocking for the New York Times audience. To see actual image and for more information, please visit: http://www.all.org/pdf/PP_HookingKids.pdf .”

ALL is asking concerned citizens to demand that all federal funding for Planned Parenthood be cut. Visit StopPlannedParenthood.com for more information.

“Planned Parenthood is not in the healthcare business, it is in the sex industry,” added Brown.“More than half of its $1 billion budget comes from tax dollars, and the organization stands to gain another billion dollars through Obamacare. It must end.”

Anti-Choice Politicians Fight Sex Education Programs that Help Reduce Abortion

By

When it comes to comprehensive sex education, anti-choice politicians - the same ones who want to ban access to safe abortion care - are fighting to block teens from receiving objective and complete information.

This year, anti-choice lawmakers are moving several anti-sex-education measures.

Politicians introduced measures to block groups that provide abortion, including Planned Parenthood, from teaching sex education in schools in Arkansas and North Dakota. And legislators are still considering similar language in Texas.

In Ohio, politicians tried to insert an amendment to the state budget bill that would effectively ban comprehensive sex education from schools and fine teachers thousands of dollars for endorsing "gateway sexual activity." Gateway sexual activity?

t's hard to believe the utter hypocrisy of these anti-choice politicians. They rail against abortion care, but want to withhold important information that young people need to learn how to prevent unintended pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease. The alternative that our opponents are peddling is, in short, dangerous.

In West Virginia, student Katelyn Campbell became suspicious when an "abstinence-only" assembly was scheduled at her high school. Katelyn educated herself about the speaker, and not only decided not to attend, but also to alert the local papers.

The principal at Katelyn's school threatened to call her future college and tell them that Katelyn is a "backstabber" with "bad character" for leading the charge against the assembly. Katelyn has since helped raise awareness about the many problems with "abstinence-only" programs in high schools today.

We know that the best way to reduce unintended pregnancy, and therefore the need for abortion, is to educate our young people on how to practice responsible, safe sex with accurate and comprehensive information - something anti-choice politicians and activists refuse to accept.

Absolutely! Although I refuse to call these regressive idiots "prolife." To me, these morons will always be ANTI-CHOICE, because they obviously don't women to HAVE any choices.

Anti-choice imbeciles seem to want women to have only ONE "choice," which is nonstop pregnancies and births. That is NO choice at all.

Choosing, or choice is a mental process that cannot be controlled by external forces. To say one is pro-choice or anti-choice, or has the right to choose etc. makes absolutely no sense. For how can one be for, or against, or have the right to something that is impossible to control? Simply put, one cannot. Only the actions or options that we choose can be controlled, the choices themselves cannot be controlled. The English term 'mental process' means (psychology) the performance of some composite cognitive activity; an operation that affects mental contents. A theory of ironic processes of mental control is proposed to account for the intentional and counterintentional effects that result from efforts at self-control of mental states. The theory holds that an attempt to control the mind introduces two processes: an operating process that promotes the intended change by searching for mental contents consistent with the intended state and a monitoring process that tests whether the operating process is needed by searching for mental contents inconsistent with the intended state. The operating process requires greater cognitive capacity and normally has more pronounced cognitive effects than the monitoring process, and the two working together thus promote whatever degree of mental control is enjoyed. Under conditions that reduce capacity, however, the monitoring process may supersede the operating process and thus enhance the person's sensitivity to mental contents that are the ironic opposite of those that are intended. The phenomenon has been identified through thought suppression studies in experimental psychology. Social psychologist Daniel Wegner and his colleagues first studied thought suppression in a laboratory setting in 1987 by instructing participants to avoid all thoughts of a white bear. The typical finding in such experiments is that suppressing thoughts of a white bear causes the frequent return of such thoughts, sometimes even yielding a tendency to obsess about the very thought that is being suppressed. The implications for these findings have since been applied in clinical settings where thought suppression is quite common (e.g., trying not to think of one's problems or other anxiety-producing or depressing thoughts).

You don't read very well, do you?

The whole point of the article is that two extremely LIBERAL, PRO-ABORTION newspapers refused to run Planned Barrenhood's sleazy, vile ads for kids because the ads were too graphic and shocking for the papers' ADULT readers.

When even the pro-abort media are afraid to show Big Abortion's sleaze, you know it's depraved.

You don't read so well being a lying hysterical anti choice azzhat. The PP graphics were aimed at a certain age level of kids....now tell me why they would run it in an open newspaper? JFC your dumb.

Now provide a source besides the lying azzhats at antichoicelyingnews.com to back up this statement "Both newspapers rejected the ad as “too graphic” and “shocking” for their adult readers to see."

You and the rest of your hysterical anti woman anti choice fanatics are trying to cover up that you are ANTI EVERYTHING...anti choice, anti contraceptives, anti sex ed AND ENTIRELY ANTI WOMAN.

You fool no one church lady. Here is some advice.

1. Bend over.
2. Spread your flabby cheeks.
3. Shove your religion up your brain.

You are wrong, I a not a catholic priest.

You people would have a problem with any reproductive graphic. Do you prefer real pictures? What do you prefer? Figures you would think the human body and the reproductive parts obscene, probably judging from your own.

Yep, that's Knutter for you. This idiot has used so many different screen names over the last few years, it's hard to keep track, but one of them was "Knitandpray." Since her posts always come across to me as seriously unbalanced, I thought the name "knutter" was appropriate.

Additionally, she's one of those regressive Catholic women who "thinks" any form of contraception to prevent unwanted pregnancy is bad and any kind of sex education is "evil." To me, she's a Phyllis Schlafly type...on steroids.

This "Demystifying " person from Minneapolis is the cut and paste anything anti choice news dreams up specialist also posts under a couple different names.

Think it will post a link for this statement "Both newspapers rejected the ad as “too graphic” and “shocking” for their adult readers to see."? Of course not, it was a statement made by anti choice news, not the news papers that are being referred to. Right wing azzhats ALWAYS use the term "shocking" in every other sentence a dead give a away !

This knutter person makes church lady look sane! Catholic women like her are busybody meddling freaks who insist all live by their dull and subservient lives, there is only one way people like this can crack a smile.: O)

Personally, I think that to regressive kooks like Knutter, ANY deviation from their backward ideology, no matter how small, is "shocking." That's why I never take any of their hysterical announcements seriously. They're more worthy of ridicule than anything else.:-)

You are as much a filthy animal as PP are if you think that this is okay for young children/teens. You people are pedophiles to even subject this to kids.

Sex is beautiful in the way God intended (within a marriage).

You people just think 50 million abortions, 1-4 teenagers with an STD, women dying of cervical cancer because they caught HPV when they were young,(especially when they hsd sex for ALL the wrong reasons-to be acceptted to be loved, to keep a bf) etc....is perfectly acceptable?

You sick perfert. You're also antiwoman.

So far, no other source provided from the regressive anti-choicers crowd to back up their statement. Why am I not surprised.:)

And there are women who either delay marriage into their 30's, 40's, or they choose not to marry (or have kids) at all. Contrary to your backward beliefs, sex is NOT a privilege for the married only. Nor is it only for procreation.

Luckily for all of us, we get to decide for ourselves as individuals on such personal matters. It's wonderful how much FREEDOM a woman has when she isn't mentally shackled to archaic church dogmas. I get to decide for MYSELF on highly personal matters such as sex, marriage, and reproduction. Choice; it really IS a wonderful thing.
