Perhaps you can disect this sentence and tell us what it means:
"A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
I think you should first know what the definition of "is" is. Anyone who can't even difine the word "is" cannot possibly have an understanding of the English language sufficient to understand what the Second Amendment means.
I am convinced there will come a day soon when we will have to educate you on that.
