Hey!

Anybody notice that unemployment went up to 8.3% last month? Or are we so accustomed to high unemployment that it doesn't make news?

Anybody notice that gas is still around $3.50-$4.00/gallon? Or have we completely forgotten that it was around $2.00 when Lord took office?
Hey, it wasn't 2.00 when Obama took office...it was about 3.74...First lie.

The number for unemployment went up from claims from hurricane Sandy...Second misinformed lie.

You're welcome.

Failure is when you are a member of the losing republicant party, believe that binders/47 percenter/an untrustworthy candidate and back to the past policies, marginalization of groups, etc. will win an election.

Seems the republicants failed at winning that election!

Actually gas was in the $1.80 range.

That's a speculative reason along with lackluster holiday hiring.

The Main Stream Media did as with Hitlers Propaganda Machine..........convenienced enough people to vote for the opposite of what they thought they were voting for. The Liberals convenienced the women that republicans were going to over turn Roe and was going to put lock boxes on their crotches.
The Main Stream Media has now a third world country to try and pump up as the liberal's reality of taxes, and entitlements actually come home to roost as the bills for both come due.
I can't wait for the day that the women Obama gave "free" contraceptives to get the bill in the form of higher insurance costs for true medical emergencies. These 20 somethings will one day need the medicines whose costs will be driven up by the "free" contraceptives and they will be left standing there saying "what happened?"and I am going to laugh my head off.

I beg to differ...

It was not 1.80...If you want to get technical about it...It was about 4.10 and averaged about 2.07 just after Election Day. 2008 gas crisis ring any bells? Not Obamas watch.

Obama is not the blame for anything! You
certainly have been told enough.
Lets not continue to ignore what the dems have told
us, it just gives them the space to keep telling
When they go over the Cliff, Yell for G.W's help.
Sick of the whole mess, no longer can Americans
co-exist with them. They won it"as Obama has said" ,
let them fall, I no longer care what happens to the whole lot of them...
A place in history is better forgoten. In fact
the sooner the better. Ruining other, lies, hate, is no way to have to live in a once free country. When its over, I'll be thankful and hope all of them enjoy what a deserve. Tired of being sick and tired. Reap what you sowed,

Usual incorrect statistic - can't even be bothered to correct it as whilst Republicans continue to chuck it around, it proves the 2012 election taught them absolutely nothing. I take it you are aware that all the members of the US armed forces fall into the 47% category?
armed forces work, and many of them make enough money to pay taxes silly....are you aware of the pay scale in the military these days? it aint half bad. But when the dems cut the military, and they will, then the soldiers that are released will certainly then fall into the 47%, as there are no jobs for them to take, once they are dropped from the military.

<quoted text>which tax loopholes are those?
Not going to pretend to know the tax codes well enough to know which should stay and which should go line by line. But I do have a couple of ideas.

Charitable funds should be taxed. Allow the tax credit to the donor but tax the money that is given. It would still give incentive to give.

Another that wouldn't be poplar with many is I believe religous organisations should no longer have tax exempt status.

That's where you and many others get confused - there is a VAST difference between republicans and conservatives.

Republican Boehner has been punishing the true conservatives.

They are NOT one in the same.

Just look at the top 25 defense contractors and how many people they employ.

These are the top 3 regarding employment

#3 Northrup Grumman - 117,000 employees

#2 Lockheed Martin - 132,000

#1 Boeing - 160,500

So is this.

In the week that ended on January 19, 2009, the weekly retail gasoline price in the U.S. was $1.90/gallon.

According to CNN, the price of gas was around $1.87 in November. Has it fallen below that since obama has been in office? I wonder why?

I found this which is interesting. It shows the price of gas steadily increasing as soon as Obama is inaugurated.
