Israel can literally starve the Palestinians to death, they control the water. They can't get out of there even if they wanted to and where would they go?
The number of refugees are largely products of the original Palestinians who left Israel on their own accord in 1947 at the urging of Arab leaders believing Israel would be annihilated.

That didn't happen.

The day after the UN partition vote in 1947, the Jewish Agency announced:

“The main theme behind the spontaneous celebrations we are witnessing today is our community's desire to seek peace and its determination to achieve fruitful cooperation with the Arabs.“

Israel's Proclamation of Independence, issued in 1948 also invited the Palestinians to remain in their homes and become equal citizens in the new state:

"In the midst of wanton aggression, we yet call upon the Arab inhabitants of the State of Israel to preserve the ways of peace and play their part in the development of the State on the basis of full and equal citizenship and due representation in all its bodies and institutions....We extend our hand in peace and neighborliness to all the neighboring states and their peoples, and invite them to cooperate with the independent Jewish nation for the common good of all."

Palestinians chose to take up arms joining the PLO under Arafat and Hamas under Iran.

So how is Gaza different from the Warsaw Ghetto??

Gaza is a modern version of the Warsaw Ghetto. It's like the Jews wish to torment others just as the Nazis tormented them.

The Gazans are as much prisoners of war as were the occupants of the Warsaw Ghetto. Trapped, unable to live anywhere near normal lives under a seige lasting for years and years..........

The Jews are slaughtering them, just as the Nazi's slaughtered the Jews of Warsaw.

Sadly, your politics are too steeped into your religion. Caesar was never meant to be a substitute or surrogate in practicing our faith and doing Christian deeds.
You seem to believe big government should be our collective conscience and that this was part of God's plan. Jesus never taught us to give to Caesar everything and let Caesar decide which part of it was God's.
You also seem much too quick to judge. Even non-believers have compassion for those in need.
Compassion also means giving people a hand up to stand on their own two feet. You seem to be all too happy to keep them down and giving them crumbs for sustenance. Taking money from others through coercion to be more Christian-like isn't being Christian-like.
Just something for you to think about, my Christian brother.

Since you're not a believer, assuming by your posts, you can throw sticks and stones at me all you want.

It's all about the liberal ideology which I believe to be cancerous and common sense being restored.

Liberals tend to make it personal.

Anyone who puts themselves in the role of leader and leans strongly to one side of the political spectrum and demonizes the other side is fair game in politics.

The UN is in charge of humanitarian supplies to Palestinians. Israel over the week-end ceased fire so they could deliver these. However, the terrorist group Hamas kept attacking.

The unfortunate thing with sending even such things as cement to Palestine is they use it to build tunnels to protect them Hamas--all others are on their own-- rather than infrastructures and bomb shelters.

From day one Israel has had only one agenda and that is all of the territory, they have slowly taken over all of the land there, while subjugating all of the Palestinians that had lived there for 2,000 years. They are connivers and manipulators while being totally clanish. Thanks to their numerous lies and propaganda machine along with help from the United States we created this monster. They have also proven along the way that we are only a country to use and abuse whenever needed. They are totally transparent to any with an open mind and able to think for themselves. They are of what use to us? When a Palestinian is killed, injured or used we are just as responsible as the Jews are. Yet our wonderful Christians profess that their God is the only living God? Even though the Bible was written by defrocked Jews...Well naturally he's gonna be one of them...Thomas Jefferson said::::Why would the one true and living God reveal himself to a small insignificant nation on the far realm of the mediterranean and leave the rest of the world a spiritual void? I agree.

The land Israel is on was stolen from Arabs.

Some day they will get it back. It's that simple.

It's only been there for less than 70 years.

Pretty good eh? You just forget that EVERY WEEK there is around 300,000 NEW unemployment claims, dikweed.

"In the week ending June 21, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial (unemploymeny) claims was 312,000, a decrease of 2,000 from the previous week's revised level. The previous week's level was revised up by 2,000 from 312,000 to 314,000. The 4-week moving average was 314,250, an increase of 2,000 from the previous week's revised average. The previous week's average was revised up by 500 from 311,750 to 312,250".

Using an Obama friendly 310,000 weekly new claims figure, 1,333,000 jobs were lost in June and using Labor Department figues of 288,000 people hired to new jobs, old jobs, part time jobs we only lost 1,045,000 the month that most schools graduate students. Your guy is doing a great job, homie. THE ONLY CHANGE TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS THAT PEOPLE HAVE QUIT LOOKING. Try to find your own numbers from the Department of Labor. They are biased towards Obama, but they try not to get caught lying too often, unlike the left wing cry out loud media.

<quoted text>The forbidden chokehold used by a cop to take down a Staten Island man in a deadly encounter Thursday did not damage his windpipe or neck bones, sources said.
The preliminary autopsy findings could be welcome news for Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo, now named as the cop who wrapped his arm around Eric Garner’s throat while trying to arrest him.
“If you’re the defense counsel in this case, this is very good news, because it’s consistent with what appears to be the case — that they didn’t mean to hurt him,” said John Jay College of Criminal Justice Professor Eugene O’Donnell.
But a source close to the Medical Examiner’s investigation said coroners are also investigating whether the chokehold still contributed to Garner’s death by aggravating his pre-existing conditions of obesity, asthma and possible heart disease. He died of cardiac arrest in the ambulance on the way to the hospital.
“If an obese person with co-existing medical problems can’t get good oxygenation to begin with, then a chokehold could put him over the edge,” and lead to a homicide finding, the source said.
Pantaleo has been placed on modified duty, his shield and gun taken. Saturday, cops gathered evidence at his home in the Great Kills section of Staten Island, leaving with a long, narrow box and three bags.

So I take it that you are in favor of police having the right to commit murder?

Your statistics are based on deportations resulting from "interior enforcement by ICE. Of course they declined. Thanks to Republicans who cut the ICE budget, ICE has been forced to shift its focus away from interior enforcement in favor of processing aliens who are apprehended by the Border Patrol.

Florida town stunned by news of police KKK ties

""FRUITLAND PARK, Fla.(AP)— Ann Hunnewell and her central Florida police officer husband knelt in the living room of a fellow officer's home, with pillow cases as makeshift hoods over their heads. A few words were spoken and they, along with a half-dozen others, were initiated into the local chapter of the Ku Klux Klan, she says.

Last week, that five-year-old initiation ceremony stunned residents of the small town of Fruitland Park, who found out an investigative report linked two city officers with the secret hate society that once was violently active in the area. Ann Hunnewell's ex-husband, George Hunnewell, was fired, and deputy chief David Borst resigned from the 13-member Fruitland Park Police Department. Borst has denied being a member.

James Elkins, a third officer who Ann Hunnewell says recruited her and her husband, resigned in 2010 after his Klan ties became public.

The violence against blacks that permeated the area was more than 60 years ago, when the place was more rural and the main industry was citrus. These days, the community of less than 5,000 residents about 50 miles northwest of Orlando has been infused by the thousands of wealthier, more cosmopolitan retirees in the area. Those who live in the bedroom community, which is less than 10 percent black, have reacted not only with shock, but disgust that officers could be involved with the Klan, the mayor said.

"Maybe I'm ignorant, but I didn't realize that they still met and organized and did that kind of thing," said Michele Lange, a church volunteer.""

The world encouraged Jews to leave Gaza and transfer all its citizens who owned land to Israel proper. The world said Gaza would become Singapore.

Instead of promoting peace and building civilian infrastructure Hamas utilized a Judenrein Gaza to build a war machine.

They lied. No one is surprised except those who have never read their Charter. Hamas has absolutely no reason to attack Israel they got what they wanted. If they continue they will only have them, selves to blame for any deaths and casualties.
