Speaking at a campaign stop in Idaho Tuesday night, Rick Santorum continued the Republican presidential contenders’ recent pattern of calling for the selling off of public lands.
Two weeks ago, Mitt Romney told a Nevada newspaper that he doesn’t know “what the purpose is” of public lands.
Conservatives and libertarians think it is a grand idea to sell off America’s assets to pay down the deficit and they suggest starting with the gold reserves in Fort Knox. Ron Utt, a Heritage Foundation senior fellow said that since the price of gold is high, the gold should be sold off to give more tax breaks to corporations and the wealthy.
It is obvious to many Americans that Romney and Republicans hate this government and its people, and in their drive to weaken America, they are promoting a Canadian corporation to assist in their efforts. It was revealed recently that a Canadian corporation contributed $1 million to put Willard Romney in the White House, and he supports another Canadian corporation’s expedition to takeover Americans’ lands and raise gas prices.
Keystone?
Keystone pipeline? Obama touted the possibility of a pipeline during his 2008 campaign, but rejected rapid approval of the Keystone XL pipeline this year.

GB, I have to apologize. When I read your prior post to me I thought you were referring to Issa's latest rant that the unemployment 0.3% drop is fabricated by the White House. He is claiming that the White House instructed BLS to post the decline in unemployed. Either way, the man is a bit high-strung.(I'm being polite) LOL

Like I have said many times over their all crazy, Dem's and Repub's. They forgot why there were elected to office. These men and women are more concerned about party lines and agendas, than to make America strong again. The only interest they have at heart is their own, not ours.

I look forward to retirement and moving back to SG.

As the teabaggers are crying for more corporate socialism.
Teabaggers take care of corporations, they will take care of you:
Koch Industries, the Wichita, Kan.-based company run by the billionaire Koch brothers, sent a voter information packet to 45,000 employees of its Georgia Pacific subsidiary earlier this month.
In it was a letter, dated Oct. 1, from Koch Industries president Dave Robertson implicitly warning that "many of our more than 50,000 U.S. employees and contractors may suffer the consequences" of voting for President Obama and other Democrats in the 2012 elections, a list of conservative candidates the company's political action committee endorses and a pair of editorials: one, by David Koch, supporting Mitt Romney, and the other, by Charles Koch, condemning Obama.
Last week, David Siegel, the founder and CEO of Florida-based Westgate Resorts, sent an email to employees informing them that layoffs are likely if Obama is reelected:
It's quite simple. If any new taxes are levied on me, or my company, as our current President plans, I will have no choice but to reduce the size of this company. Rather than grow this company I will be forced to cut back. This means fewer jobs, less benefits and certainly less opportunity for everyone.
Arthur Allen, chief executive of ASG Software Solutions, wrote a similar email to his staffers on Sept. 30:
Many of you have been with ASG for over 5, 10, 15, and even 20 years. As you know, together, we have been able to keep ASG an independent company while still growing our revenues and customers. But I can tell you, if the US re-elects President Obama, our chances of staying independent are slim to none.
Hitler would have been proud.
He was a teabagger before his time.
So what. They are just telling the truth. If Obama is re elected the business climate in the USA will be so bad that layoff are going to happen and other jobs will end up being sent overseas.

I'm sure he did but after finding out who was behind the push for it, then finding out not one drop would be used in the U.S., he decided it is not good for America.

GM didn't move it's operation to China.

The Teabaggers couldn't wait to sign those job killing trade agreements:

Republican leaders, including House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner, have personally appealed to President Obama to complete the Colombia and Panama deals, arguing that they would create jobs in the U.S. and help boost the economy. The administration contended that issues remained to be resolved, including the labor issues with Colombia and tax concerns with Panama.

Senate Republicans continued to press the White House today to send to Congress the trade deals for South Korea, Columbia and Panama, criticizing President Obama’s trade policy as “schizophrenic.”

“This schizophrenic trade policy is doing nothing but hurting American workers and undermining our recovery,” U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, said on the Senate floor today.“Under no circumstance should these trade agreements be held up.”

The U.S. signed the South Korea, Colombia and Panama deals in 2007, under President George W. Bush, but the agreements do not go into effect until Congress has approved them. Democrats who then controlled Congress never brought the agreements up for a vote, creating the space for the Obama administration to renegotiate areas of the deals they had found objectionable.

Bush campaigned fervently for the Colombia deal, warning Congress that failure to approve a deal would cast the United States as untrustworthy and impotent across South America.

As you keep drowning in a sea of teabagger kool-aid.

Now this statement of yours is simply hilarious.

Quote: "Tea bag MOOCHERS like you are afraid your welfare checks if they have to share."

I am a member of the Tea Party. I am not on welfare and have never taken a dime for food stamps, section 8 housing, aid to dependent children, unemployment compensation, etc, etc,. I am a worker, I pay federal and state income taxes. I pay taxes for FICA, unemployment insurance, sales taxes, federal excess taxes, property taxes, etc, etc,. I provide for my family.

Now explain how I am a MOOCHER if I have to share with loons such as yourself whose working career consists of living on handouts from the govt.

It appears you complain to much but not to worry, major change is coming in November.

Leaders in the welfare community are warning that riots will result if Obama is not relected and Muslim leaders are warning White Americans against taking the govt. away from Obama.

Now those threats are one big ass mistake. It makes me and like minded patriot Americans to call them on that threat. I am more determined than ever to vote that incompetent out of office and if riots happen, it will be to the determent of the ones that initiated them.
