Rouge, in hallucination mode: "Oh, they admit that the sea levels are DROPPING."
“'This year the continents got an extra dose of rain, so much so that global sea levels actually fell over most of the last year,' said Carmen Boening.”
In Rouge-speak, this means that "sea levels are dropping" due to global cooling.
"Climate scientist Josh Willis, who also works at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, warned that this water will eventually return to the ocean, and the long-term trend of rising sea levels will continue."
Grow up.
Cover-up? Put down the pipe, Rouge.
<quoted text>
Oh, that is THEIR explanation. What is actually happening is that Antarctica and Greenland are gaining ice mass. And the last winter and this winter our Northwest have had record snow. That snow will melt and, yes, take most of the year to drain down to sea level. But come Fall, it will have all drained down EXCEPT the parts that are still frozen and there lies the problem.
More and more precipitation is remain FROZEN and in order for it to remain frozen, it has to be below freezing the whole year long. And that does not sound like Global Warming, does it.
Why has Nat. Geo not made an update of the glacier on Mount Kilimanjaro since 2007?!? Maybe because it has stopped shirking or it is actually growing again!!!
No child, that is not merely "their explanation," but an interpretation of measured data.

Meanwhile Rouge babbles on: "But come Fall, it will have all drained down EXCEPT the parts that are still frozen and there lies the problem."

There lies the problem all right. Rouge is clueless.

It has been proven that no USA born BC exist for the BHO. Hawaii cannot cover it up anymore and the Photoshop experts have proven what was produced is a FAKE. The Democrats who know BHO is an illegal have been opposed by their own judicial system. You people need to accept the fact that most of you have been HAD.

And there is NOT ONE federal employee at NASA-GISS. They operate off of a GRANT from the National Science Foundation. They have also been caught cooking the data books.[Myth busted, sorry Rouge.]
http://www.giss.nasa.gov/staff/mchandler.html
Because of their grant they get to use the NASA logo. But that does not mean they are apart of NASA!!!
Read it again: "Earth Sciences Division of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center."

Sorry, loser, a mere grant recipient is not a DIVISION OF NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center.

Rouge: "Oh, the reason why they are located at Columbia U. is because... they are a part of Columbia U."

Rouge: "Congress ordered NASA to cooperate with them."

Really? Congress ordered a private University to affiliate with NASA?

Oh, the Jews, the Christians and the Muslims all worship the one true God, the God of Abraham. And it does not matter what you call him either.
Now Hindus, Buddhists, etc. worship multi-gods and they are not the same.

So, it is not your religion. Then butt out!
No no, this goes opposite your view on my "meddling" in American politics. First, I never said what my religion was or was not, so you cannot judge me. Second, religions have sown misery, wars, torture, dictatorships, witch hunts all over the world since the creation of man and woman. To tell me to butt off because it's not my religion is senseless.

Now, instead, of saying "butt off", do you have any retorts on my Abraham comments?

The judges decision astounds common sense.
The judge refused to acknowledge the value of the evidence presented, so he could rule for the defendant who was a no-show.
If the judge had acknowledged the value of the evidence, he could not have ruled for the usurper.
You are so damn STUPID, I just have to laugh, Poopoo stain!

Does Rouge really believe this is from the web site of some two bit KY college by the truck stop?
Got a clue yet?

Yes, NASA-GISS is NOT part of NASA. It get grant money from the National Science Foundation.
Now, NASA-GI is part of NASA, they run things like the Missile Range on Wallops Island, VA
http://sites.wff.nasa.gov/code810/
They take obsolete U.S. Navy rockets and set them up for use by associated colleges and universities. Do you want civilians, civilians to have missiles that can travel 50 miles and possibly blow an airliner out of the air?
Oh, NASA also runs another missile range in Alaska for the same program.
You seem to think that just because someone is associated with NASA, that they are federal employees. Oh, people like Dr. James Hansen wants you to think so but only to make himself feel more important!!! Go it???

Now, look at that list and notice how many have "NASA" in their title but not one of them are part of NASA!!! They are all state or private citizens with grant money.
Do they do useful research? Most do! But some, like NASA-GISS, is all smoke and mirrors!!!

Give it up, Rouge.

"The institute is a laboratory in the Earth Sciences Division of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center and a unit of the Columbia University Earth Institute."

http://www.giss.nasa.gov/

The NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) is a laboratory in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Goddard Space Flight Center's Earth Sciences Division, which is part of GSFC's Sciences and Exploration Directorate. Following approval by NASA Administrator T. Keith Glennan in December 1960, the institute was established by Dr. Robert Jastrow in May 1961 as a New York City office of GSFC's Theoretical Division to do basic research in space sciences in support of Goddard programs. Much of the institute's early work involved study of planetary atmospheres using data collected by telescopes and space probes, and in time that led to GISS becoming a leading center of atmospheric modeling and of climate change.

Oh, I think I get it now.

When something doesn't fit into your conserva-phrenic worldview, it works one way, but when it does fit in, it's a resounding endorsement.

That makes about zero sense, which explains why you're a birther as well.

So you're saying that Lex Wexner donated a billion or so out of pure altruism and not because he needs some good will to cover up over the fact that the clothing he sells are manufactured overseas by child labour?

And that by donating a billion or so to OSU Med Center would give him an implied mouthpiece to do pretty much whatever he wants on a local, statewide, and national scale--even worldwide.

We're a world renowned research facility here at OSU, Rogue. Lex can very well dictate the type of, and fund his favourite pet projects now.

Oh, according to NOAA, it has snowed 0.6 inches in Yukaipa, CA within the past 24 hours!!! I guess Yohhanes is hiding in his basement!!!
Actually I knew yesterday that they were forecasting 12-18 inches of snow in northern Arizona. Flagstaff is 5,000 feet above sea level and the standard laps rate for temperature is 3F per thousand feet. Sooo if it is 40F at sea level, it should be about 25F at 5,000 feet.
But I am a little surprised at snow in Yukaipa, CA. Sure they are about 2,500 feet above sea level but they are in southern California and it is in late March!!! And the Spring Equinox is is March 20th this year. Now normally it is on March 21st but this is a leap year!!! But anyway, just two days before Spring it is snowing in Yukaipa, CA!!!!
Snow in Flagstaff, AZ is normal this time of year and no abnormal for them to get snow in April either. But Yukaipa, CA?!? Something ain't right!
