The Supreme Court has ruled that the program is within the powers of the government as a tax. This ruling essentially rules that the healthcare program, de facto, is a tax program. I love the new health care plan. Why shouldnt my kids get to stay on my health care insurance until they are 26 I am paying for it out of the money I work for. At least they wont be living off the tax payers? Why shouldnt people with pre exsisting conditions have the right to be treated if they are paying for there insurance hell our taxes go to pay for better hospital treatment for sorry a&&es that dont even have a job or these teenagers popping out babies left and right.
