You are misinformed about the facts of Senator McCain's POW status in Hanoi.

Your reports are slanderous pulp.

You would be unable to produce any factual support of your false claims.

Look at the official reports, as well as the many written testimonies of fellow captors and his Hanoi jailers.

If you doubt me, google John McCain POW and see the many sources. Not one wil validate your false reports.

Sorry. Please see my error in second to last paragraph, that is "fellow captives" to replace "fellow captors".

GOP getting crushed in polls, key races
By JIM VANDEHEI & DAVID PAUL KUHN | 5/10/08 12:49 PM EST

"...At the polls, it has been a massacre. In recent weeks, Republicans have lost a Louisiana House seat they had held for more than two decades and an Illinois House seat they had held for more than three. Internal polls show that next week they could lose a Mississippi House seat that they have held for 13 years.

In the polls, they are setting records (and not the good kind). The most recent Gallup Poll has 67 percent of voters disapproving of President Bush; those numbers are worse than Richard Nixon’s on the eve of his resignation. A CBS News poll taken at the end of April found only 33 percent of Americans have a favorable view of the GOP — the lowest since CBS started asking the question more than two decades ago. By comparison, 52 percent of the public has a favorable view of the Democratic Party.

Things are so bad that many people don’t even want to call themselves Republicans. The Pew Research Center for the People & the Press has found the lowest percentage of self-described Republicans in 16 years of polling.

“The anti-Republican mood is fairly big, and it has been overwhelming,” said Michigan Republican Party Chairman Saul Anuzis...."

As Losses Mount, GOP Begins Looking in the Mirror
Sunday, May 11, 2008
ince losing 30 seats and their 12-year stranglehold on power in 2006, House Republicans have kept asking themselves the same question: Can it get any worse?

On Tuesday, they may get another answer they won't like.

With lots of help from Washington -- including more than $1.3 million in campaign cash and a last-minute visit by Vice President Cheney -- Mississippi Republicans are desperately trying to retain a congressional seat in one of the most reliably conservative districts in the nation.

The stakes in the 1st District special election couldn't be higher, strategically or symbolically. The loss of a traditionally GOP seat to a Democrat would be the third in a special election this spring and the second in the Deep South after the May 3 victory of Rep. Don Cazayoux (D-La.)....

Just when Republicans thought they had seen everything, Rep. Vito Fossella (R-N.Y.) admitted Thursday that he has a 3-year-old daughter from a long-running extramarital affair with a retired Air Force officer. Fossella, who is married and has three young children at home in Staten Island, is also facing drunken-driving charges in Virginia. GOP strategists are debating whether he should resign or announce that he will not seek reelection in November....

I say hire a special prosicuter in the same fashion as Kennith Starr and the whitewater/monnica/clinton fishing expedition that the Republicans initiated. I would also like to see McCains military records unsealed. There are lots of skeletons in McCain's closets, how come Fox isnt investagating these issues, I know they have been crawling up Obama's @$$ with a microscope, and wonder when Fox is going to start being fair and balanced.

In spite of what you think, I did READ it all. If you recall, my original post said there were some REPORTS about this, meaning there were other POW's that are making these claims. Ease up a little on the slander crap.

Do your handlers allow you to use Google ?

McCain's military record was released. An article in the Navy Times reviewing it was published May 9th.

Maybe your handlers will let you read it.
BTW , FYI , the Navy times isn't a Fed. gov't entity . It's an independant publication for USN types.

Check with your handlers first I wouldn't want you to get into hot water for reading unauthorized independant publications.

The anti McCain site and the Daily Mail are very poor sources to support your false allegations against the clearly meritorious service of John McCain as a POW.
No worries about your propegation of slander, as you would suffer NO liability. John McCain is a public figure so say what you will.
That very liberty is why John McCain, fought and suffered during his many years of service to our country.

I'm voting for the person with the biggest penis. So that narrows it down to Obama vs Hillary. I think Obama has her beat by an inch or so. McCain is a non-factor in the contest.

And I think Mccain might have performed some homosexual acts as a POW. Stuff like that doesn't make first cut of a auto-biography.

Those who didn't read the article seem to have missed the fact that McCain didn't lift a finger to perform the "normal constituent service" until the guy started raising big bucks for him. There is also a land deal in Monterey that McCain set up, but the MSM isn't covering it yet. Keep a look out....
Ten things you should know about McCain:
1. John McCain voted against establishing a national holiday in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Now he says his position has "evolved," yet he's continued to oppose key civil rights laws.
2. According to Bloomberg News, McCain is more hawkish than Bush on Iraq, Russia and China. Conservative columnist Pat Buchanan says McCain "will make Cheney look like Gandhi."
3. His reputation is built on his opposition to torture, but McCain voted against a bill to ban waterboarding, and then applauded President Bush for vetoing that ban.
4. McCain opposes a woman's right to choose. He said, "I do not support Roe versus Wade. It should be overturned."
5. The Children's Defense Fund rated McCain as the worst senator in Congress for children. He voted against the children's health care bill last year, then defended Bush's veto of the bill.
6. He's one of the richest people in a Senate filled with millionaires. The Associated Press reports he and his wife own at least eight homes! Yet McCain says the solution to the housing crisis is for people facing foreclosure to get a "second job" and skip their vacations.
7. Many of McCain's fellow Republican senators say he's too reckless to be commander in chief. One Republican senator said: "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine. He's erratic. He's hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."
8. McCain talks a lot about taking on special interests, but his campaign manager and top advisers are actually lobbyists. The government watchdog group Public Citizen says McCain has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign, more than any of the other presidential candidates.
9. McCain has sought closer ties to the extreme religious right in recent years. The pastor McCain calls his "spiritual guide," Rod Parsley, believes America's founding mission is to destroy Islam, which he calls a "false religion." McCain sought the political support of right-wing preacher John Hagee, who believes Hurricane Katrina was God's punishment for gay rights and called the Catholic Church "the Antichrist" and a "false cult."
10. He positions himself as pro-environment, but he scored a 0—yes, zero—from the League of Conservation Voters last year.

Yes. Here are two:
1)The John McCain naval record recently released by the US Defense Department.
2) WHEN HELL WAS IN SESSION, by Admiral Jeremiah Denton, USN.
Of course there are many more sources to support the sacrfice and courage of John McCain while a POW.

Not a question of need, rather a question of want,

and

"The lady doth protest too much, methinks."

--From William Shakespeare's play "Hamlet" (III, ii, 239)

is the correct quote you attempted.

I understand correct facts have little meaning for your purposes.

Here is the correct context of the quote:

Queen Gertrude speaks these famous words to her son, Prince Hamlet, while watching a play at court. Gertrude does not realize that Hamlet has staged this play to trap her and her new husband, King Claudius, whom Hamlet suspects of having murdered his father. She also does not realize that the lady who "doth protest too much" is actually herself, as the Player King and Queen represent King Hamlet and Queen Gertrude. The former will be poisoned (in this play within the play) by the king's brother, as in reality (Hamlet suspects) Claudius killed King Hamlet. Gertrude's statement is in response to the play-Queen's repetitive statements of loyalty to and love of her first husband.

I was making NO attempt to quote it correctly. Simply making a point, which is obvious you can't get unless it's YOUR point. How 'bout some links to back up what you TYPED??
