I posted a link to CIA Director George Tenet's 8/6/2001 Presidential Brief.
It proves Bush was warned 5 weeks in advance of hijack preparations going on within this country.
This was a prominent part of my post, but since you're a total airhead, it somehow got by you.
And what was Bush supposed to do with the information?

It seems you boys and girls have forgotten:

The topic of this thread is Gay leaders blame TV ads, Obama for loss in Maine.

Not 9-11, Bush, Clinton, the CIA or anything else EXCEPT Gay leaders blame TV ads, Obama for loss in Maine.

He could have had the FAA tighten airport security.

Also check passenger manifests for any suspect individuals and assign air marshalls on those flights.

Well, it seemed like you were looking at my screen name 'Vic" and seeing "Vicky" there is either something wrong with your eyes or your mind. I have no ax to grind with the homosexuals, I am not crazy about their penchant for sex in public and I an not a big fan of their politics. I am speaking in broad generalities of course. I am trying tto think of some way to girly up "Shadow walker" but I can't come up with a thing. Vic to Vicky is a cheap shot.

You know what..........I really don't either (have an ax to grind), and I don't have to apologize for anything here, let alone to you, however, if I have 'attacked' you for something that I must have misunderstood, then I will apologize for any 'cheap shot' that I might have taken. I guess I just didn't see what I thought I must have seen, therefore the is confusion on my part. So, Vic, I will here and now, apologize for overstepping my bounds.

You, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. I accept your very gracious apology and offer one of my own if I have over reacted or misconstrued your posts in any way.

It appears that we both have 'lost' our way. Sometimes we are too quick to throw out our comments and we just overreact. Perhaps we should just back up, and start over.

Every election on this issue has resulted in the voters saying "no" after the state governments passing laws. I will not pass judgement on those in the gay rights movement, but if they try to force their position on the general public, I think they will lose every battle.

Translation: I am yet another Obama voter that is ducking the facts. Tell us more about your snake oil salesman since you so readily dismissed the facts I originally presented. Quantifiable #'s and proof sure scares libs. Vote anything but democrat in 2010!

Oh the health fraud proposal that has everything to do with extending the government umbilical cord ensuring power via votes. Don't worry about the mathematical impossibility of it working, trust us says Obama; look at my record lol

Oboomba is a dangerous snake oil salesman that shouldn't hold any elected office in this country. Vote anything but democrat in 2010.

I may disagree with Mr. Obama about just about everything, but claiming that he "shouldn't hold any elected office in this country" is absurd and stupid. The way it works is that the candidate who garners the most votes gets to hold that elected office. It's like saying that your post was so stupid (and it was) that you shouldn't ever post anything anywhere.

Problem with that, of course, is that pesky First Amendment thing.

In this country, you have the freedom to express your stupidity and Mr. Obama has the freedom to serve in any office to which he is elected.

I am not wild about Obama BUT you have to look at alternatives. Albert Schwiltzer was not on the ballot last November. Obama was the best of a VERY so-so lot.

You know, there once was a fellow by the name of Adolph Hitler, who did almost the exact same thing, and before they knew what hit them, he as in power. Yep, those folks had the freedom to vote they way they wanted, but he sold them a bill of goods, and they fell for it. Now, mr Oboomba is, and has, done the same thing........he sold you a bill of goods, and you fell for it, hook, line and sinker! This sham of a health care fiasco is a perfect example........just throw all those who are over 70 or whatever, away and let them die, they don't need any health care!!
Oboomba is danger to everything that is American, and that, slick, is a fact. Freedom????, yes, and what cost!

Goodwin's LAw. You lose.

Further, there is a mechnism for removing a president from office. It's called impeachment. What imaginary high crimes and midemeanors do you fantasize apply to Obama?

Sure, the health care bill is a disaster. It is also subject to a vote of both houses of Congress. Why not call for the end of Nancy Pelosi who doesn't seem to understand that she wasn't elected president.

What you claim as fact is nothing of the sort. It's an opinion. And since you apparently don't know the difference "slick" you are hardly in a position to lecture anybody about anything.

Re: Bill of goods. Name one president who has not sold the people a bill of goods in the past fifty years. You're peddling a similar bill of goods that is as much BS as anything you accuse the president of. By your stupid reasoning, you should not be permitted to post anywhere on any forum. Ever.

And like the left idiots who think they're clever using the various idiotic terms like rethuiglicans, or repubes, you're just as stupid as they are when you use the adolescent name Oboomba.

So let's recap. You're an idiot who knows nothing. Ah, but I'm too kind and lenient in my description of your intelectual inadequacy.

Almost! The person who gets the most votes might not be the next president.....one must be elected by the electoral college. So, one may get the most votes, but not enough delegates and therefor lose the election. I believe this was the case between Bush (43) and Gore, but I'd need to lookup the results, but I'm just too damn lazy right now!
Otherwise, I agree with you totally!

No need to look it up. You are correct. To some, that is an argument to do away with the Electoral College.

Murphy's Law.........YOU LOSE!! Hey, I'm impressed, but you talk too much, so that negates any common sense you may have acquired along your road of life. However, you sure use a lot of derogatory words..........does this mean you're angry? Hey, guess what?.........same to ya' slick. Yeah, and Oboomba is a boob. A scary individual for what we would like to call a President! Personally, I don't care what you say, it does absolutely nothing to change anything I have written on this post, and you, my good man, as you may well know, mean nothing to me, and I just don't care what you post, it doesn't hurt me at all. But, if it makes YOU, feel good, then by all means, keep talking. I'll still slap you up side your head and continue on.
